Began feeding a stray kitten found on my rural property. Took to the diet immediately. Kitten 8 or 9 weeks old now and was very hungry when found. Delightful tan tabby male. Checked out OK by vet. Not affected by vaccines and worming med. Has grown visibly in the past 10 days or so. Will keep him on this diet for his first 11 or 12 months, depending on vet's instructions. Fed smallish portions 3 or 4 times a day; consuming most of a 3 oz. can/day. Usually takes a nap after eating. Stool and urine look normal; using litter box with clumping, unscented litter. Update: kitten now about 8 months old and consumes 6 to 8 oz. of canned diet daily, including this kitten food. Weight a little over 8 lbs. Will discontinue this kitten chow at about 1 year and continue with adult canned food from this manufacturer. Kitten very active mornings and evenings. Will continue scheduled vet visits. Recommended. A little pricy, but has the nutrients kittens need.

This kitten food is well-made with great ingredients. My 12 month old kitten loves this food.

My kitten gobbles this up like he hasn't eaten since the day he was born. I do wish they came in larger cans to be able to get it at a better price. I would give it 5 stars were it less costly, (twice the price of purina One) though I will continue to purchase it for his benifit as it is a superior food and I want him to have the highest quality I can afford without going hungry myself, if only barely :P. I might have to switch to a lower priced food once he is a year old, by then he will be eating a lot more than he is now. Pity.

We just adopted three stray kittens. They absolutely love this cat food. They love the taste and smell and eagerly devour it. The kitties are active, happy, and have full tummies. We just took them to the vet and they are in great health. This food contains nutrients like taurine that I discovered are essential for their growth and brain development. I highly recommend this food.

My kittens only like one flavor out of this box. It’s a good kitten food easy on their stomachs but it’s $47 for a box of 24. It’s pricey the ocean fish and tuna stinks and my kittens won’t touch it. The chicken and liver is hit or miss. Depends on the day doesn’t bother the stomach as much. Doesn’t smell great. Only use this because it was recommended by their vet but will probably be switching to something else

Switched from fancy feast kitten wet food. Literally has made a difference in my kittens energy level and coat. He’s shinier and softer after eating this for a few weeks. Worth the money!
