Definitley Helps us feel better
I have been taking Bare Organics Spirulina and Chorella for years. I wouldn't be without them. So good for you and I can tell when I do not take them for a few days. Good for overall health, but we notice it helps particularly with digestion and regularity. We prefer the powder mixed in juice, rather than taking pills. As a bonus, the containers are BPA free, re-usable, and dishwasher safe! We have a lot of them and they are great containers with screw on lids. Not a bad price if you have ever bought greens before.

Shalom. Another honest review. I bought this in order to increase my energy naturally I can't say that it's done it. However I can't say that it has not seen I don't take the full serving amount. Because the taste is so overpowering. It says organic all I can do is take it for its word as I don't have the instruments to check the quality nor what I even wasting my time personally. Therefore the health benefits that it claims it's probably going to come over time included with eating clean and ridding your diet of processed ultra processed foods. The mixability is great and cold drinks only. If you put it in warm water or in hot water as in teas it's going to clump up on you. As far as the stomach being upset it gives me gas. The value for money if it actually does what it says then sure. With all that said that's why I only gave it four stars and not five. That's when I was taking the full serving amount there was no increase in energy. Might be different for you.
