New York Times-bestselling author Trudeau offers a one-stop source for billions of dollars that are ready, available, and waiting to be claimed. Hundreds of pages of easy-to-read and easy-to-follow steps will tell readers exactly what to do to find their share of this free money. Review: Bought this book multiple times, and have lent it to others as well. - I'm not sure why people have issues with this book. I bought 2 copies of it, and gave one away. When you have someone looking for a grant, or other monies this is a great little resource. I have loaned it out of to many of my family and friends for various things. From making sure all monies aging parents might have lost in various systems are found to help them in retirement years, to kids looking to go to college. Is it the definitive reference? No. But it is kind of a nice primer. If you don't want to buy it go look at it at your library first. However I am now trying to find this book again, as I have yet another family member trying to find money for college. And this book is a great little reference with a section on just that. Review: Big Waste of Money - I was hesitant to purchase this book after reading all the other reviews on desertcart and on other websites about how Kevin Trudeau is just a scam artist and con man, but I wanted to find out for myself. I am SOOOO glad I only wasted $8 on a used copy instead of getting conned in to paying full price on his website and then ahving all the added newsletters and other debatably illegal items added to my credit card. This book, in particular, COULD be useful if you were extremely unintelligent, forgetful, and in need of a good paper weight. Specifically, his MAIN free money method, which he spouts off about nonstop on his infommercial and in multiple chapters of this waste of space is... finding money you forgot about. This is from a national and/or state database of lost property which is actually a legitimate service, but... how many people do you know who just happen to "forget" that they had a bank account or happen to "forget" that they had a judicial award coming to them? No one that I know. His infommercial seems to give you 100% fulfillment promises of getting free money and Kevin even promises you that if you don't get $500 in 30 days that he will refund your book price. He says the government has billions in grants waiting to be given to you. Possible, but Kevein never gives you a list of them. He simply states "you can find them and apply yourself". In order to support his claim of everyone getting $500, if you read all the way through the book to the back, you find a chapter on cutting coupons and purchasing BOGO (buy one get one) items at the supermarket and restaurants. THAT makes up your $500 savings, NOT $500 in free money. My book arrived at 1:05pm yesterday, and I had read through it by 1:30pm. Not a single thing in it came even close to possibly working for free money. I tried the stupid website for laughs, and of course there was no "free money" sitting out there unclaimed and just waiting for me. I am not buying a new car or house this week, but everyone knows about first time buyer credits anyway. I wish this guy would at least be honest on his infommercial instead of trying to con people with half, or maybe quarter-truths. One plus to the book is that it's pages are made of good paper and will be very useful as tinder for a bonfire this evening!!!

Big Waste of Money

A Great Book from Kevin Trudeau!
Kevin Trudeau has done it again with delivering an excellent Free Money "They" Don't Want You to Know About book packed with valuable information. "Free Money 'They' Don't Want You to Know About" gives the reader in plain English a great research tool with superb instructions that are easy to follow. My husband and I enjoyed reading this book. We are very appreciative of all the books Kevin Trudeau has written for the knowledge he shares in each of his works enhances a person's life. Highly recommend reading this book. One does not know if they qualify for free money until one knows where to find it and how to apply! Thank you Mr. Trudeau for writing this book. Thank you Amazon for having it in your online store.

Opportunity to understand grants
This book is advertised over the late night television often. Good information, well written, and the product that is discussed, has a lot of merit. Gives a much newer views on this subject, during these economic difficult times. Yet, many locations that are listed are no longer at these addresses, and the many foundations are only willing to consider a "non-profit" organization. But, still the book has enough information that the reader can enhance their search for venture capital funding. Be sure and remember, once you've gotten your venture funding, and are on the road to success to thank those that supported you, and to remind those that refused you, by letter, just keep it in proper language. An entrerprenuer is in all of us, just a few of us, never quit seeking. Famous quote: Edison in talking about his search for the electric light bulb, " I never had a failure, just found out 1,000 ways how NOT to make a light bulb". (well worth keeping in mind, if you desire for success).

Some truth overshadowed with deception
There are some good tips and websites to glean from this book. I'm surprised that Mr. Trudeau did not put a disclaimer stating to the effect that he is not rendering any accounting, legal, or professional advice so it is no wonder "the law" pursues him and arrests him (the later based on his own comment in his book). It is deceptive to say "they" don't want you to know" how to get "free" money. In some cases that may be true, but of all the areas he touched on, government and businesses have attempted and do attempt to get money to the people it belongs to. I do not appreciate that kind of deception on Trudeau's part. Get your money back on this book, do not buy it. Get a copy from your local library. There are some good websites to contact that Trudeau lists in his book, but it is unlikely that there are "millions" of dollars waiting for you. As to government contracts and money for job related work, I do recommend contacting your local Congressperson as he/she can put you in contact with legitimate officials and applications to file to see if you can get the type of assistance that is available. As to the book overall, proceed with caution.

Very Misleading
One thing I dislike about most reviews about this product is they mostly say fraud, don't buy, and fake, and so on without really saying why. So I hope I can not only tell you not to buy this but why as well. First don't buy this book. It is a waste of money. I was lucky I found it for $3 a far cry of the $29.99+ that the TV commercial and website was asking for it. Now the why you shouldn't buy it for the $3 dollars I paid for it. If you have read his website or have seen the TV commercial you know the claims he has made like go to a certain website type in you name to find money waiting on you. Take 15 minutes, that he tried it and found this amount while someone he knows tried it and found another amount. Yes, he does share the website but it's for if you have money you may have forgotten about when dealing with property. You type in your name and it gives a list of names. Question, are you the right Joe Blow that lived in this or that city. And if there is more than one name the same it takes some time. Without going on and on telling you each flaw it's best to say it does not deliver like he makes it sound. The book is standard size 245 pages, but if you took out the constant repeating of everything the book would be no more than 100 pages. With about a dozen chapters each touching on something new but repeating the last chapter, you get a new web address to try that may or may not work. This is misleading because he shows in his commercial other books that are hugely thick with addresses, phone numbers, and websites one could try and says what you are thinking who wants to go through all that, then says his book has done it for you. No, he or they pick topics that most people would want to know about, find just one website that could work, fills it in and then pitches the idea over and over through a book in hopes people will buy it. Some select few will find their names even find money while others not so much. Lastly, he didn't seem to talk to everyone, he focused on someone that might be starting a business that's ok, but say it from the start.

Price Changes?
I read this book in one sitting. It is a wealth of information most I already knew about, but many inside things I knew nothing about. The condition of the book was perfect, no rips or tears or doggie/rabbit ears on pages. It is a hard back. The peculiar thing was that the price tags were left on the book. $1.00? $2.00? the original price of a new book $34.00, I purchased it for $12.00. In the future, take off the price tags, even though it may mess up the cover of the book, otherwise, I feel if you bought it for $1.00 or $2.00, why should I pay $10.00 more plus shipping? Other than that.. the book did what it said it would do.. although the author took you through tunnels, slides, and swings before he got to the really fun stuff .. great info for those who don't know where your money is, purchase this book. My only question to the author is .. to find your own money, how do you know someone who already knows this information over 2 million books sold (people), that your identity won't be stolen to collect on said money? Thanks Kevin! I'm going for mine!

Helpful!
A really good source of information. Once again, the author has put together information in a way that's easy to understand and easy to then apply and take action. He never says he invented any techniques here, but has just put together many (nor does he say all techniques to the test). I've seen other "free money" books over the past 20 years, and they're all way too complicated. This one is brilliant!

Conforme à la description
Comme le dit l'auteur, certaines informations changent et évoluent avec le temps, mais il reste que c'est un bon livre.
