Can the door be moved?

I have the 20' Solera. The door can be on the right if the privacy flaps are on the inside of the room. To have the door on the left, the privacy flaps must be outside the enclosure.

I have a Solera awning - inside support measurement is 11 ft 9 in - what size room do I need?

I believe you need to go size up, 12'

Where is the door? Is closed with a zipper?
