Should you order up a size for this raincoat or true to size?

I ordered a large because to allow for an extra sweater. It is very well made and comfortable. I would order your normal size as it fits well.

Sorry I'm delayed, it is not waterproof, but very water resistant. I was in the rain and stayed dry.

Can this be pack easily ?

Depends on what you plan to pack it in. Carry-on luggage, okay. Backpack, depends on size and other items you will be carrying.

Where does this ship from?

Did not pay attention to that, not certain I am remembering right, but I think it is made in China. Just not sure, though.
