Works exactly as intended
Installed in a couple of public bathrooms. Had been having issues with stolen toilet paper, but that problem is now solved with this product. Easy to install and works perect.

Rigid plastic spindles
While it holds two standard size rolls of toilet paper the spindles upon which the TP is held are rigid plastic arms which do not spin like on a standard toilet paper holder. Therefore resistance will be encountered when pulling on the toilet paper and it will easily tear and not play out as a result.
