Which iwata filter? The inline one? This one is roughly 2” tall. Its actually quite nice when doing fine detail work where you need to be steady because you can hold on to it with your other had to steady up. As far as its function, Its fantastic. It traps so much water that make it past the other filters. Especially if Your compressor gets hot. I use nothing but iwata airbrushs and compressors and its a must have

will this work with master TC-320 airbrush?

The mini air filter will work with any airbrush as long as your air hose connections are the same size as the filter threads. I now have two mini air filter, my first unit is over 10 years old and still going strong. Excellent moisture trap, well made.

Will this fit a Badger 105 Patriot?

Probably not, but maybe with a master brand fitting conversion adapter.
