I had to buy this book for work. It did arrive quickly but it came ripped. Would not buy again.

In a great sales call, it's the two of you speaking TOGETHER.
I should have written this in 2015 when I bought it and read it but, had sales to make. This book follows two others to my shelves with outstanding advice. I have followed the LAMP and New LAMP books for fifteen years and this update is perfectly timed. In my strategic accounts where millions are agreed to the tenets of this book align perfectly and I quote,"The great sales call is neither an argument nor a debate nor an exercise in friendly persuasion. All of these scenarios imply one person speaking AT another. In a great sales call, it's the two of you speaking TOGETHER."I love it. Buy it, read it, tear it apart and study it page by page, chapter by chapter, section by section.

Great and Easy to Understand Sales Book
I have read this book at least 5 times (highlighted and underlined to death). and each time I get more out of it. I have read many sales strategy books and this one is the best one I have found that relates to real sales interactions and my sales reps are able to put it into immediate practice. Highly recommend.

Really good fundementals.
I have read over 30 books On sales and sales strategies. I really enjoyed this book is it focuses on customer needs and allows you to esentially stop selling and instead help your customer .I highly recommend this book if you are in sales or planning on getting into sales.

Useful
This is a very useful book for any sales professional. It may not be revolutionary to some, but most will find that it is well worth reading. I got a lot out of it and I've been in the selling business for 20 years. I am a college professor and use a lot of this to supplement my traditional texts.

I am so happy I read this book!
I read this book right as I was getting out of sales, but this past week I was able to share some of the principles from it with a friend that was just entering sales and it has sky rocketed his results. He told me that he even recieved a bonus from his boss! Truly a book that every person should read whether in the sales field or not because every person needs to better the art of communication. This ones a winner!

Required reading for all marketers, especially Network Marketers
I am only half way through the book but it has already made an impact on how I interact with my customers and prospects. The most valuable concept I have taken away from the New Conceptual Selling so far is the Natural Thought Process my customers go through when making a buying decision. Looking forward to reading the rest of the book and increasing my sales and profit.

Great Book for Anyone who is involved in selling
For anyone who is in selling as a profession (and most are even if they don't know it) Conceptual Selling is a good book about the process that one needs to use when landing large accounts. Good book.
