We bought this for our Church and it works very well. We use it every Sunday to make lots of good coffee. While more expensive than another model we considered, this is the one our hospitality staff volunteer wanted and she was right! Very glad we purchased it!

I bought this as a replacement for our church. Everyone loves it! The low-profile design means anyone can pour the water in without straining to reach. It brews fast, too!

If not used daily, this machine will either develop calcification faster or develop contamination inside the reservoir when left unplugged and water not drained throughly.It works as simple as you pour in the same amount of water for number of coffee cups you need, then the hot water flows down to the filter with ground coffee very fast, only if the machine remains on to keep water hot.

I know the is quite a investment but you won’t regret it this is my second bunn product the first one I purchased used I used it for 10 years and I bought this new one and sold the older one and it still works

My wife works at a adult foster care house I would listen to her complain about coffee never being made so I bought her this unit to bring to work I just bought as a surprise gift for my wife she was so excited to get it she went in to work made sure she had a place for it so she took it to work after getting it all set up she discovered it doesn't include pots for 500 dollars I feel so bad she couldn't even use her gift until we order pots for it

Update 9 years later.... Still just as happy, aged well and looks likes it did when we got it. Still used everyday, morning and night. So lots of money for a coffee maker that last a long time has made a good value.Bought this to replace two typical coffee makers for regular and decaf every morning. Had been getting about 2 years service out of the cheapy makers had been buying so am hoping this will last a good while. Counter top space is about the same, fits under a wall cabinet, and the water pours in at the front so not moving anything. It is big though, so located mine at the left end of a counter next to a wall and it doesn't seem as big. Because of its size, almost bought the same machine with a single warming plate and a separate warming plate; glad I didn't now, many times all three used. Brewed coffee is perfect. Also use for iced tea, hot tea, and hot chocolate. Wow, this thing is convenient. My family drinks lots of iced tea; no worrying about boiling tea on the stovetop any more and the temperature / turbulence brews a stronger tea than boiling on the stove top. Had about 2 1/2 months now, couldn't be happier.
