Did you use permanent or semi permanent to color after using this?

You can use either but unless you use a protein filler (Sally's beauty) be prepared to buy two shades lighter because the color will grab dark. The best route would be to use Neutra protein filler+a demi permanent shade from Ion Color Brilliance/Wella Color Charm+ in a shade 1 lighter than what you want+ shorter processing time.

Will it work on grey hair thats been colured number of years dark brown

Its possible, but doubtful. I used this on hair that had been colored very dark only a couple of times and it didn't lift the die evenly (in some places there was no visible difference and in some my hair was orange) and it turned my roots bright blonde.

Does this work on sapphire blue hair?

Probably bit it will fry your hair. Don't do it

Can you use this hair color remover on grey hair which has old color on it. Will my hair still be grey without putting anything else on it?

This product will strip your hair of any dyed color there is in your hair it will more or less return your hair color to its natural color so if your hair is naturally grey it will return It to grey
