When used as mower, where the grass will go? There is no bag to hold the cut grass.

I guess if you’ve never used a mower before you might wonder where the grass goes.  I’ve never used a bag, never dethatched, my zoysia is more than 35 years old and very healthy. I consider the grass clippings a gift from God.

As far as where does the cut grass go, it stays pretty much right there. This is a very small mower if you use it that way. If the green stuff is very tall, we just had more than 10 days of rain, then I cut little narrow swathes.

It is a weed eater with a deck. I had breast cancer 4 years ago. The treatment almost did me in. Up until then I did my own yard work. I’ve paid hundreds of dollars hiring idiots to scalp my zoysia and then take out my roses, Japanese maples, fig trees, lilies and plants large enough to see with weeders.  I bought this little guy for me to use as it’s small enough for me use to mow my uneven lawn and it’s hard to scalp s rise budh if the weeder stays in the deck.

I love this little guy.

Don't pay for a manual.  It is available free on-line from Black and Decker.  Just go to the Black and Decker Web site and do a search for MTC220.  When the page with the LTC220 picture came up, clicking on the "owners toolbox" link, causes the manual to download.

how is this mower on a slope?

I got because of worry over steep frontage. Deck is very light weight, but sturdy. It works perfect for me where too steep for riding mower. Comes with extra battery and 1 did frontage (260' x 10') easily. Recharges in 4 hrs. I got extra spools of line, but haven't needed to switch as yet.
