Excellent spare parts kit. Definitely have a few of them on my registry. Got to test it out with my Ameda Purley yours pump as well but as far the the AmedaJoyPlus everything fit as intended. I used my 7 year old valves ( the yellow ones in pictures) to see if that slight opening mattered with suction power, and it DID NOT matter. When the item arrived everything was disassembled. So hoses and white caps/white port that plugs into the pump must be put together. I suggest after putting them together run your finger along the white portions of caps/port to insure no air pockets between white ends and hoses. The suction is great. Had no issues and the small membranes I got did not have slight openings, although positive it wouldn't mattered since I tested it with my old ones. Like I said I'm going to get a few more and keep them on reserve.

What a LIFESAVER! My wife's adapter cap broke so she was working with just one pump, making her pump seasons twice as long. Thought she'd have to get a whole unit replacement but was happy to see that Ameda sells the parts separately. The extra valves, diaphragm and tubes in this kit is a bonus. Now she has backups just in case!

This is exactly what I needed to replace the tubes to my hospital-grade Ameda Platinum pump when I forgot them on a trip. Shipping was fast, they arrived in roughly 24 hours. However, I find the price insanely high for a few pieces of plastic and silicone. This set should be $10 cheaper. However, it was needed in a hurry, so I was stuck.

As many I got this kit mainly for the valves. Actually I got one kit, returned because the valves were open. I thought this was a problem because what everyone is saying on the internet. So since my second kit also had 3 open valves I wrote to Ameda's customer service and here is what the answered: Complaints of this type (valves slightly open) have been reviewed by our engineering department. They have assured us that a slight opening is correct. We have also had Moms use them without any issues. That said, the valves are supposed to have a slight opening. Additionally, the opening size, per specification, can vary slightly from valve to valve. I am more concerned with the one that does not have an opening. It may just be slightly stuck and will be just fine, but the edges should not lie flat against one another. We ask that you please use the valves. If they are not performing properly, please let us know ASAP and we will be happy to replace them. Please keep all the Ameda packaging you received them in. If there is a problem when you use them, we will send replacements. We will ask you to send back the valves and packaging you received them in. We will provide a prepaid return label for this purpose if it becomes necessary. So I tested all the valves and they all worked. I should have contacted the manufacturer first instead of returning something that was likely just fine.

Remember that for the health and efficiency of your breast pump, it's important to replace these parts periodically (at least every 6 months for exclusively pumping mamas)

We bought this kit twice and would buy again. Fortunate to have a closed system that allows hygienic kits to be purchased saving you hundreds on your breast pump. Highly recommend if you have the breast pump and thinking about using it again. As a dad I'm so glad I chose this company when my wife was in the hospital about to come home and needing a pump!
