Works as expected.
It is not great that Medistrom does not include this cable with the Pilot 24 Lite, but at least they provide it for a price. The two cables (charging and DC Out) both fit and work perfectly on my unit- no issues. Would love to trade the S10 and Mini cables for them, though... Shipping was fast through Amazon, and is faster than it would have been ordering through the Canadian manufacturer.

Perfect Solution!
The kit is exactly what is required to use the ResMed S9 power cord to charge the Medistrom Pilot-24. And to run the S9 from the Medistrom Pilot-24. The cables are labeled and function perfectly.
