Would this be ok for a 3 year old or would it be a little young?

Just bought it for my 3 year granddaughter fur Xmas anything frozen etc. And she lives playing with little figures playing scenarios

Is this too babyish for a 4 year old?

I think if your child likes frozen it isn’t too babyish. We got them for my at the time 2 year old and she liked them but just threw them around however, now she’s 3 she has only just started imaginative play with them so I think 3/4 is the ideal age for them.
