Having used other much more expensive Pro-biotics from various manufacturers, I found this product to be brilliant! My grandaughter who had been poorly with gut issues whilst pregnant, took them after I recommended them and she was delighted with the product. She in turn recommended them to other family members too. My gut issues largely disappeared whilst using so will be ordering again soon.

I bought these after reading an article that they could help with IBS and similar problems and also, believe it or not sleep problems. The theory being that if you have problems with your gut it messes up your sleep too. I have been taking the capsules for over a week now and I have to say that the stomach pains I used to get after eating (I've been thoroughly checked out so I know I have nothing sinister wrong with me) have disappeared and I am now sleeping for 6 hours or more at night, rather than waking up every hour. These may not work for everyone but they've certainly worked for me.

I think that these little gems have made a big difference to me along with another product that I take. I follow slimming world and was suffering with bloating and issues with my bowels, this has all but cleared up after taking them for a few weeks. Am happy with the quality and service and also advice that I received. I will be purchasing these on a regular basis.

Delighted with the product. At a fraction of the price of a similar, heavily advertised product on sale in the US, this appears to have most of the same ingredients and is certainly doing the trick for me! Excellent prompt delivery too.

Didn't work well for me, noticed very little or any difference in my bowl movements. If your haveing toilet issues give Holland & Barrett Colon Complex a go.

I have been diagnosed as suffering from IBS last year and my doctor advised a trial of Prebiotics. As I am also trialling gluten and dairy free products this range fitted in with my diet. I am pleased to say I have found a difference after taking these and altering my diet and I am now much better .Would definitely advise trying these for people with digestive problems .
