Towel stand
It’s inexpensive and works to hold hand towels. Fairly sturdy-doesn’t have issues falling over. The base has already begun to get rust speckles- probably about after 7 months. But you can’t really see them because the towel is draped over it.

Needs an update
we like it because it is different and more modern in appearance. BUT bad design on the base. it should be larger and/or heavier since it is more top heavy. it won't just tip over, but easy to knock over.. and maybe add 1/4" to the arms to best accommodate proper sized towels. great overall height though..

Looked nice, but a little too big for countertop
I ordered these to put on bathroom countertops for hand towels, but they are a bit unwieldy and too tall. Otherwise, they are pretty, and maybe would look better on a bigger counter than we have.

Good appearance, average functionality
You get what you pay for with this. It is very lightweight so as soon as you grab for the towel you are basically pulling the whole thing with it. It looks good if you don't touch it and just want a cheap towel rack.

Note ideal for hand towels
It’s fine but small, only for something like a small lightweight towel, not what I usually see in a restroom

Perfect height
This is a great looking stand. It is tl enough for my hand towels...other stands were too short. Love that they hang back to back versus side be side (takes up less space on the counter). Highly recommend.

Needs a Heavier Base
This would be a great product if the base were heavier. When you reach for the towel hanging on the stand, the stand tips forward a bit. Disappointing.

Comes in Handy - Non Electrical Humidifier
The media could not be loaded. It feels sturdy in construction (with the minor exception that it does not sit completely flush on my table so it can rock a bit. There is a black velvety bottom to prevent scratches to surfaces that makes it wobble a tiny bit) and the finish is nice. I use it to hang a wet tea towel next to my bed at night to get a bit of moisture near my face (using the evaporation method as a humidifier). I do think it has helped. I've only used one wet tea towel. It hasn't knocked over or anything. But then again I'm only placing a towel on it and taking it off to wet it. I did do a test to grab the towel and "dry" my hands and it does move about so may not be suitable for small shelves where it may fall. I think it would also look nice on a bathroom counter to hang wet wash cloths or the intended purpose for hand towels. I can see people getting annoyed with the shaking and repositioning from frequent use or even knocking it over when drying hands in a hurry, so may be best for guest bathrooms or for those decorative (don't you dare touch) type towels or get creative for another use like I did.

Check the measurements
I most definitely should have read the measurements but I am not sure why anyone would buy let alone need a hand towel holder so smallI ordered new hand towels to use with the said hand towel holder but I will have to order from a dolls shop as there’s not a cat in hells chance this hand towel holder can facilitate one normal sized hand towel let alone twoI am keeping it in my bathroom mainly so I can be mocked by visitors, as the only use I could possibly find for it would be - conversation starter for visitors

Smaller than Expected
Bought this wanting a free-standing hand towel rack. I always tend to misjudge pictures (once buying something I thought was a good size only for it to arrive 50x smaller than expected..). I can only describe this as a small holder which will sit on top of a unit/sink and holds very small hand towels... if your hand towels, like mine, are slightly too big it just folds and lays across the unit surface. Its not very stable and if you have it by the sink or on a unit, any slight pulling of the towel when drying is likely to pull it crashing to the floor and it doesn't have the biggest base radius nor particularly weighty (I guess you could stick it down if you liked..). The chrome effect and metal is of good quality, but just doesn't really suit anything but holding a flannel or two...

Tough screw, but okay...
This was very difficult to set for one small fact. The screws were ceased in place. Trying to remove it and I had to use a vice grip not just a screwdriver. Other than that it's a nice addition to the bathroom. It could've been easy to set up if wasn't for that screw issue. Probably it's just one I bought.

Very poor quality - do not buy
I would highly recommended NOT purchasing this item as the quality is exceptionally poor. I have bought a number of amazon basics branded items and found them to be reasonable or good in quality. However, I had not entirely begun to remove this item from the packaging before seeing numerous issues of the chrome plating being tarnished and flaking off. The quality of this is horrible!
