Excellent bit of kit.So many clients struggling with it which is my point.Balance so important this will help them improve. Great value,simple quality design.I have my clients stand on it holding two broom handles to help them steady to start with then progress to one pole and eventually no poles.I time challenge them on no touch down of the platform building good balance core and leg strength. Most of my clients are of older generation.Its a simple challenge for them that has helped their balance and walking posture /strength.

I love using this for balance strengthening. There's just one weakness: after 9 months use, the anti-slip strips on the underside are wearing through and it's starting to damage the floor. The manufacturer says they include an extra pair but I couldn't find any in my package and there is no customer service email or number on their website or listings.

Brought for grand daughter to help with physio. Anti slip is perfect as she feels safe and good size

Purchased this because I was using one at my physical therapy after spinal surgery for a nerve injury that had left my lower leg not working for a month. The surgery was successful to restore proper movement, but muscles and nerves in my foot and leg need to be retrained. Balance needed to be regained, and home therapy continued "forever". The board is very useful, and I have it out everyday to use, as I walk past it. It is easy to use, and I have never felt that I was in danger of falling with it. It has rough surface to stand on, so there is no way to slip on it. I would advise that someone purchasing it, finds out EXACTLY what the purpose of the balance board is, and exactly what the muscles are that need to be worked with, toes, feet, ankles, lower and upper leg, knees, and lower back - and proper stance while on it. I was given careful direction at PT, but still am correcting some things that I didn't quite understand there. It will be a regular part of the rest of my life, and it has helped me with regaining my balance. It is a good value because I can do PT at home, and it is well made. It is not a ricketty product.

Over a year and a half later it's still like brand new! Strong and good build, the grip is great and it has padding so it doesn't hit the floor hard and make noise or damage. Great for balance work and a budget replacement for some bosu ball exercises!

I like the quality and build of this product. I got the basic unit and for what I need it for, it works flawlessly. My physiotherapist have a similar one in her office but not as good as this. I owned the round wobble board and I am told to get the one with just one direction. It is safer than the wobble board for my torn Achilles rehab. I only used it once today and right away I felt the difference in the muscle activation on my ankle. Highly recommended.
