I absolutely love this RAD Rounds Extra Soft set! The different sizes make it easy to target specific areas, especially around the neck, shoulders, and feet. The extra soft texture is ideal if you’re sensitive to firmer massage tools—still effective, but much more comfortable. I use them daily for post-workout recovery and even during breaks at work. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a gentler approach to deep tissue relief!

Love these! I bought them to use for myofascial release yoga and massage for my recurring plantar fasciitis, and it has really helped! I use them to massage the bottom of my feet, but also the calf muscles. The instructions show them being used on the thighs, back, and even the face and jaw, so lots of uses. It's great that there are 3 sizes for varying levels of pressure and pinpointing or generalizing pressure. The rubber is firm, but comfortable on the skin. Highly recommend this set.

I’ve long suffered from upper back and neck pain. I’ve tried just about everything. These are the next best thing aside from a deep tissue massage. My health club uses these in some of their classes and were highly recommended by an instructor. So I gave them a try. I’ve used T-Spheres in the past. I prefer the RAD balls as they come in three sizes which come in really handy in targeting different spots. The smallest ball is fantastic at targeting sinus pain. There’s a free app you can download with tutorials which was helpful. If you’re looking to focus on your neck area, I recommend also buying one of their blocks to help get the balls positioned at the right angle. I took a star off because they could do better in terms of a storage box.

Love the selection in sizes! I do massage therapy and therapeutic exercise training and these are perfect! They are solid and seem like they will last a long time! They really help relieve the pain associated with standing all day and are easy to carry! Highly effective!

I used this to work out tight muscles after several herniated disc and 4 surgeries. These changed my life. From being disabled to being able to do things again. I just lay on my bed and put one under me where it hurts on my muscles ( not my spine!!). Then move to a new spot after a couple of minutes. They broke up all the adhesions and frozen muscles so the muscles can work properly again. My pain went from a 7 every day to a 3 only when I try to sit on the ground. It’s not a quick fix. You can tell a difference after a month or two. Now I use them everywhere to keep my muscles healthy.

I found out about these massage balls on a spa retreat recently, where an instructor was giving ideas about how to relieve hip tightness. Although I know that the muscle systems in the body are connected, it was still a novel idea that she recommended using these balls to work out the knots in your foot and calf muscles in order to alleviate strain in the hips. I couldn't believe the tightness in my feet as I worked on them! It was a bit uncomfortable, but in a hurt-so-good kind of way. So I purchased these for home use, and I've been using them almost daily for a few weeks. The other day, I had some soreness in one of my feet, so I spent a few minutes working on my calf muscles, and after a while, my soreness had gone away. Know that it will take a while to work through some of the more tense areas of your body, but I feel like these really help connect you with what your muscles really need.

I'm an LMT and love these. I have a bit harder silicone ball that I use, but these are a bit softer and I appreciate the size variety. I use the small one for tension in my hands and feet. I've had these in my "save for later" for quite some time, should have ordered sooner! Love them.
