100 World’s Greatest Short Stories: Collectable Edition

As a person with literary interests, I would really like to recommend it. Buy it for your parents, they will love it if they have libreal arts background. It covers a lot of story writers, although it could have chosen niche stories, a many of them you would have already read since it's a collection of top 100. Not for kids below 13-14 since it has no pictures or may appear boring.

Superb book with 100 stories at Rs. 250..

The collection is one of a kind putting together the best writers of the world some of whom I was familiar with and others to who the book introduced to me. Worth the money.

It’s a good book , gives a large genre to to read and find what you like , you get to know different author’s writing style.

How are these great in any sense of the word? Well written yes, but no start or end to satisfy. I feel as though I’m reading a string of words that all together convey no message.

I like short stories books. And this book has so many interesting short stories. But this book is not for beginners of English because it is full of complicated words and vocabulary so if you are beginner, i won't recommend you. And over all this book is great for readers.

A good collection of short stories.

This book looks beautiful from the cover page. The printing quality inside is also excellent. If you want to have a quick and short read, this is a good book. Also the price is also cheaper than book shops.

Lots of good stories, not a skimpy book, lasts for ages.

Love the book—as an English teacher it’s a great resource. That stories are ordered alphabetically by author; I wish it was chronological and included a bit of background/context on each. Note also that my copy’s cover does not match the picture advertised—aka teal instead of gold. Very glad I purchased!

I got it for my retired husband who is bored and he’s really enjoying it!
