International Pastry and Fondant 6" Wood Roller

this is a great little roller. I don't use it for pastry or fondant, but I use it for my Diamond Painting projects. I use the roller to roll over the little resin pieces because they like to pop up. It's the perfect tool. The only thing it does have is this annoying little squeak,but since I'm not using this in any food prep I used a little WD-40 and it takes the squeak out.

The wood roller is 4 inches wide, not 6 like the description. It's made fair, so I should just keep it. But feel disappointed cuz I really wanted the 6" roller...

I'm not a pro baker or anything of the sort. I got this mainly because we make pizza every week and I thought this might help my husband roll out the dough. He loves this thing and uses it for a lot of pastries. He even used it to roll out some naan the other day. It's handy, rolls easy enough and cleans well. Glad we made the purchase.

This came on time fast . It is just what the doc. ordered. Perfect for the small jobs and large too. I washed and oiled it and it is great . Fits perfect in your hand and spine easy. Everyone should have this in the kitchen.

C'est en cherchant su le net ce type d’accessoire auquel je pensais que je l'ai trouvé. Il faudrait juste qu'il soit un peu plus lourd et plus long. Mais combiné avec mon rouleau inox de 2k5 et 50cms en acier c'est tip top pour étendre ma pâte à brioche.

This is the best for pizza dough! I can get all the corners on a rectangulaire l'an to maximize space. And my kids love it.

Received it in less than 24 hours. We'll made, super easy to use. Glad I found it.
