I always drink this tea when I feel like a cold or sickness is about to come on. I seriously drink a lot of it throughout the day and I feel like I dont get as sick as I normally would. I guess I wouldnt really know, but that is the impression that I get.It doesn't taste too bad. I like to add some honey to sweeten it up a bit. You can also put ice cubes after the brew and make an iced tea out of it.

I live in Las Vegas and Summer is too hot and many times experiencing heat stung and feel very uncomfortable, this tea is my TCM doctor recommended it to me to take.
