Wow! I’m used to these scrub cloths I buy from local big box store, but these are fabulous! They are thick. I can wring them out easily (in my 71 year old hands) I washed them before I used them, threw them in the dryer, they did not shrink at all. They are by far the best scrub dishcloths I have ever had! Love the subtle colors too (black & grey) Highly recommend!!

UPDATE: I ordered these dish cloths again for the same reason as before - the old ones (over 5 years old) looked dingy. But all were still useful and are now in my "dirtiest of jobs" bucket for eventual use. They seem to be about the same quality as before. There was no bad smell as some other reviewers noted. Two were not as nicely finished as the others, but I simply tied loose ends together or knotted them before throwing them into the washer and they came out fine. I prefer cotton over microfiber. I always wash them with some bleach but don't put them into the dryer. I had my old set for over 6 years - they were still serviceable, but so dingy they never looked clean even after bleaching These 2-sided COTTON-scrubber dish cloths seem sturdier than my old ones (of course those were very old!) I use mine to wash dishes, pots and pans as well as to clean the cutting board and kitchen counter tops. I don't have trouble with them getting smelly - but I suspect that has everything to do with the brand of dish washing detergent used as it completely stopped for me when I switched away from my old favorite. They're not right for drying dishes. They washed well - didn't put them in the dryer, so can't comment about shrinkage. Some of the most negative reviews here are actually about the MICROFIBER ones. I like these cotton ones and would most definitely buy them again.

They seem very nice, but when I throw away the old raggedy ones, Mom will want to know where ‘hers’ are!

Bought 1 package of these to replace different brand i had previously purchased that were terrible, in contrast these work great, hold their shape and size after washing, sturdy, nice colors, clean well. Bought 2nd package i like them so much and threw out the old ones. I can't say enough good things about these. I know that sounds cheesy but it's the truth. I am not one to praise something easily but these are the best scouring dishclothes i have ever found. Now afraid they will be discontinued for some "upgrade" like all the really good stuff seems to be these days!

This is exactly what I look for in a dish cloth. I very much dislike polyester blends or microfiber. They do not wipe cleanly enough when I'm cleaning the table, counters, and stovetop every night. Cotton is my "go-to" and I have never found anything better. I did purchase these even after reading the reviews about "smell". They were correct. My kitchen smelled horrible for a while when I put out the first cloth. I just used soap and hot water to wash it under the faucet and then soaked it in some vinegar for a while. That did the trick. These are probably not the most durable cloths, but the price allows for guilt-free disposal. It's the one I like, but it may not be for everyone.

These are awesome. I gave up my Dishwasher years ago and have gone back to hand washing dishes. The detergents and chemicals needed to run the DW were just too much. (for the body, and the budget) Then came the studies of the biohazards associated with DW's--I was done with them. My dear husband took out the old dishwasher and offered to get me the new one of my choice, but really--I just don't want to mess with them any more. (and more keeping things in the DW till we have enough to run, or who loads/unloads, lower electric bill, lower water bill...) We took the space, and my husband put in some shelves--and now I can display more cooking items in my 1940's kitchen. --LOVE it. =) I hand wash dishes with detergent and VERY hot water. I use to buy sponges and greenies--but I save even more money by buying these kitchen dish-clothes. They are worth it. They are half cotton on one side and the poly-webbing on the other is a FANTASATIC scrubber. Enough to get any food off--but not so much that it scratches surfaces. Every night, I put the old dishcloth in with the laundry to clean and sterilze it, and in the morning I get a fresh dishcloth out of the drawer. Easy-Peasy. Thank you. =)

For years I purchased my dish cloths from Bristol Farms, but the store near me closed. What I loved about their dish cloths was that they were 100% cotton, had the plastic scrubbing side, were small and thin and came in soft colors. I was delighted to find these cloths which have all the features I loved about my old cloths. These are slightly thicker and slightly larger, which is good. The colors are lovely and not garish and the quantity is perfect (honestly -- who needs 20 wash cloths???!!). Because I am a senior and have small hands, I can't manipulate thick, large bulky hand cloths. These are absolutely perfect. Good quality cotton, just the right thickness and size. So happy to have found these.

When they were delivered on June 9, 2025, I loved these dish cloths. They have a pretty pattern and colors, where others use a hideous green color. The scrubbing side is great. Today, July 1, 2025 I am disappointed with my purchase. Already they are terribly frayed. The finishing threads are starting to separate. I will mend them as best I can. But one should not have to mend something in use for such a short time. Note: I followed the washing instructions to a tee.

These cleaning cloths are such great value. Well made. The Microfiber cloths, are quite plush out of the dryer. ( cold wash / low heat drying as per instructions on the tags ). They are colorful in the kitchen as dish cloths... but , can be used for so many cleaning projects around the house. I bought two packs of these.. because of the excellent price point. They will not leave lint on windows or mirrors / electronics etc.. Excellent purchase !

I had purchased items similar to this a few years ago, and only had a couple left. They are hard to find at local stores, so after finding them online, I was able to replenish my supply! A great item, fairly durable, and great for doing dishes and pots where there might be some extra scrubbing required. At this price, it's easy to keep enough on hand as they will wear out over time. I recommend these to the 'dishwasher' of the household.

The microfiber cloths without the stripes are more absorbent, I know it sounds weird, but it's true lol
