The sound quality is decent for sleep use, not audiophile level but good enough. Helps with blocking out ambient noise while you sleep. Actually solves the problem of wanting audio while sleeping comfortably.

I have a chronic illness. With that comes insomnia and anxiety. Music has always helped me relax and keep my mind distracted. However, my partner doesn’t want to hear music all night. Regular headphones aren’t an option. When I saw this product, I thought I’d give it a try. I am so glad I did. The material is soft and very comfortable. The band fits snuggly, but not in a tight or uncomfortable way. It’s not adjustable, but I’ve never had an issue with it falling off. I am actually surprised it stays on all night! I actually think the light pressure on my head helps calm my brain too- bonus. It charges quickly and stays charged for two nights worth of sleep. Yes, sleep! It is easily connected to my phones Bluetooth and can be controlled with my phone. I don’t really use the buttons on the headband other than to turn it on and off. My partner says he cannot hear it and while they are not noise cancelling other sounds are muted for me. Very helpful. The only thing I don’t like is the charging cord it comes with is rather short. For me , in my space, a longer cord would make charging easier, but I’m thinking it is so short so that people don’t wear it with the cord attached for safety reasons. It is small and compact and has made it a perfect travel companion for hotels to keep external noise out. Love this product!

I bought this for my wife, and she absolutely loves it. She uses it almost every night and says it's comfortable to wear, blocks out light well, and helps her relax while falling asleep. The battery life has been good, and connecting it to her phone was quick and easy. The only downside is that the sound quality isn't amazing. It's perfectly fine for listening to music, audiobooks, or sleep sounds, but don't expect the same audio quality you'd get from a good pair of dedicated headphones. Overall, the comfort and convenience more than make up for the average sound quality. If you're looking for something to help you relax or fall asleep without disturbing your partner, this is a great purchase.

I have used sleep headphones for years. I've been using this one since October 2025. This one fits well and the sound quality is good. It is comfortable to wear and a charged battery lasts a couple of nights for me. The biggest criticism I have, and it is a big one, is that the volume level is adjusted in degrees or increments rather than on a sliding scale. You tap the volume buttons and it will increase or decrease in noticeable steps. I would prefer a sliding/gradual volume as some other headphones allow (Peytong). The problem is that there is a huge difference between the smallest level (i'll call it "1") and level "2" (the next loudest) level. Level 2 is too loud to listen to for sleeping and level 1 is too soft. There are no in-between settings. Since everyone's hearing is different, this may not be an issue for many but it is for me. I have a Peytong headphone set which has a sliding adjustability for volume so I can dial in exactly the volume I want. But the speakers are thicker and not as comfortable when side sleeping as is this Musicozy model. I would give this a 5 out of 5 if the volume was much more adjustable.

Great comfortable headphones. I use them to sleep at night to tune out my hubbys snoring. They hold a charge for 10+ hours and are easy to charge. Speakers come out so you can wash the headband. Was a little tricky to get them back in but after a little finagling I got them back together. You can also use them with your phone to take calls hands free. Clear sound.

My husband snores and I like to listen to YouTube sleep stories at night. These work perfectly for me. I can have my phone in another room and still wear them. I was worried about the safety of wearing them all night. Per my research…Cell phones transmit at higher power levels (like 500 milliwatts) to communicate with distant towers, whereas Bluetooth operates at very low power (usually under 2.5 milliwatts, or about 0.5% of a cell phone. They are comfortable to wear and do block out light. They qualify is good. They are a bit of a pain to wash.

Fiquei surpresa. É bem bom. Apesar de os fones não ficarem exatamente no local dos meus ouvidos (um dos lados fica um pouquinho mais afastado), funciona bem. O som é bom. Não machuca. Valeu a pena a espera.

Es cómodo, el sonido está acorde al precio, no lo uso para correr porque siento que tendría que estar lavándolo continuamente y no quiero tener que estar metiendo y sacando los audífnos pero para dormir es muy cómodo y funcional.
