Works good
I work at a toyota dealership and all of our conventional oil is bottle and mobile 1, so this screws into the oil fill neck, it will drink the oil faster than you can pour it, never spills or over flows. Way better than a plain funnel. 10/10 buy it. And it's cheaper than the tool trucks

Lexus/Toyota Technician? Read this!
I am a technician at a Lexus dealership. This has to be one of my favorite tools. It keeps down on oil spills and messes no matter if you are using oil containers or a high-pressure oil dispenser. It is great for both the DIY and professional. Is it expensive? Yes. Don't over tighten it though and it will last. It is applicable to most new Lexus/Toyota/Scion vehicles with the heavily threaded oil cap. Basically anything that has an AR, UR, ZR, GR engine is applicable: 1GR-FE (FJ cruiser?), 2GR-FE (Lexus ES350/RX350 and Toyota V6 Highlander/V6 Camry/V6 Avalon), 2GR-FSE (Lexus GS350/RC350), 2GR-FKS (2016 Lexus RX350), 2GR-FXE (Hybrid Lexus GS450H/Lexus RX450H and hybrid Highlander), 3GR-FSE (Lexus GS300), 4GR-FSE (Lexus IS250), 1UR-FE (Lexus GX460 and V8 4runner?), 1UR-FSE (Lexus LS460), 2UR-FSE (Lexus LS600H), 2UR-GSE (All Lexus F models), 3UR-FSE (Lexus LX 570 and Seqioua), 2AR-FE (I4 Camry and Scion TC), 2AR-FXE (Lexus ES300H and Camry hybrid), and 8AR-FTS (Lexus NX200T/IS200T/GS200T/RC200T) just to name a few. You can find the engine name under the hood up top on a white label. It even work on some of the older timing belt driven engines such as the 3UZ-FE (Lexus SC430/GS430/LS430). Be cautious of older engines though that use the shorter one turn oil cap such as the 1MZ-FE (older Lexus ES300/RX300 and Toyota Sienna/Camry) and the 3MZ-FE (Lexus RX 330/ES330/RX400H and recent timing belt Toyota V6 Sienna/Camry/Highlander). That is a different Assenmacher tool.

Great Toyota Funnel
This item is perfect. It threads into the valve cover After removing the oil fill cap. I have used other funnels and they often tip over or you need three hands to hold everything in place. Also many valve covers have a metal bar accross the oil fill hole and a regular funnel will not fit in without damage to this bar. I think the idea is great and would recommend this Oil Funnel to anyone who adds oil or to anyone who does their own oil changes.

Pretty neat tool
Works as described on my 2010 Toyota Corolla. Threads right into the hole so no more holding a funnel with one hand and trying to manage a 5 quart bottle of oil with the other. When I was done I unscrewed it and caught the underside with a rag just in case of a stray drop. No mess...not even a drop. No more spilling oil all over the engine. In my opinion it's a little pricy but I'm more than pleased with how it simplifies getting the oil in the right place and how it removes the chance of a messy spill.

Seems Durable
Seems durable and that includes the threads assuming you’re not attempting to unreasonably torque it tight. Lightly snug it up.On my Tacoma once screwed in it us in a slightly forward position meaning a slower fill but still secure and spill free if one pays attention. Made in the USA I couldn’t be happier about that- it matters!

great addition to home oil changes
I know it seems a little overpriced but I hate to admit it's worth the extra dollars to have something so seamless in your arsenal

is very sturdy, and seals well to the valvecover
Works well, is very sturdy, and seals well to the valvecover. For the price, the only drawback is the ridge left in the bottom of the funnel. This ridge holds some oil which is pretty frustrating when you buy a fairly expensive funnel to avoid drips, only to get drips at the very end of the job. It is there due to the design of their threaded adapter insert. If they would just add a taper to the threaded adapters then this would be optimal. I am on the fence about getting one for my other cars but the having the ridge at this cost drops the overall value to me.I would really like some sort of top lid to help keep debris out. A lid would also be nice to stop oil splash when I initially start the engine to cycle before topping the level off. I suppose a solid lid might just pop off from crankcase pressure so I use a shop rag which works out well. They I only remove the funnel once.

quality product, works great!
I always have 2 Carollas in my garage. They are great cars, but putting oil in it can be a pain because a regular funnel wiping stay put and if you pour the oil in at anything faster than a slow pace the oil sometimes overflows onto the top of the engine.. This funnel solves that problem. Just screw it in and you can dump the oil bottle in as fast as any other engine. This is a heavy duty funnel that will probably last the rest of my life.

Waste of money
I own a 2007 Toyota Yaris. The funnel is too tall and makes contact with the firewall thus making the funnel useless. Do more amazon searches for superior products.
