Is it spelt or wheat... it says both but picture shows wheat?

This one is sprouted whole wheat. They do have sprouted spelt also.

It says "95 percent organic sprouted whole wheat". Does that mean 5% is not sprouted or 5% is other ingredients?

I'm not sure what that means! The ingredients on my bag only say sprouted whole wheat flour--1 ingredient. It makes wonderful bread--much lighter than the regular whole wheat--lighter. I have used it for a long time and everyone loves the bread--I take to potluck every week.

What is the real carb count, 13 or 20? Some of the reviews say they got a different package with higher carbs.

It's simple. Just take the total carbohydrate grams per serving and subtract the total fiber of said serving to give you the NET grams of carbohydrates that act on your body's physiology (to raise insulin levels, etc.). Since they did not provide a copy of the label I cannot do it for you. But it goes like this: Let's say one serving provides 20 grams of carbohydrate and one serving also provides 7 grams of total fiber (both crude and dietary). The NET grams of carbohydrate then, is 13 grams. These are the biologically active grams that your body uses to produce energy.

If this is one 80 oz. bag then why does the listing say it is a 4-pack?

I just wrote the company because it specifically says 80 oz case of 4. It is misleading if it does not come with 4 80oz packages
