So, is it only a facemask? WHat else do people use it for?

I am not a medical doctor or researcher (obligatory disclaimer) but am using this mask in the underarm area as a detox during chemo - every day for 3-4 days following chemo - to assist with detox in the lymph area.

I just follow the directions on the package. It’s pretty clear. I would say when washing it off though that I use a big plastic bowl of hot water instead of rinsing it down the drain. I don’t know for sure but I have seen some reviewers say it clogged their drains due to the clay.

Why does clay/dirt have an expiration date? i love this but don't use it often so i have reached that date. can i still use it?

It’s most likely the packaging that has the expiration date. Bottled water has an expiration date but it’s really telling you that that’s when the bottle will start to break down. So try it on a small patch of skin first and then go from there

what are the measurements to create the face mask?

The measurements will depend on the size of the area you want to cover and the desired thickness of the mask. For just normal facial coverage at 1/8 to 1/4 inch of thickness, mix 3 tablespoons to 2.5 to 3 tablespoons of your choice of liquid (most recipes call for apple cider vinegar).
