Quality of the item working and been tested .
It looks as good as new , bought for my son as his packed up and tho not brand new I read the reviews and they all seemed very happy with it so I ordered one . It's been all cleaned no scratches no marks on it , it works really well and his very happy he can play his games again . Was in my opion worth the money . Thank you I now have a very happy son .

The PS4 consoleworks fine. However, the controller sent did not work. The company have replaced it, and it work fine. The PS4 console is in great condition and functions well. I use it mainly for watching DVD's but the grand children like the lego games :-)

They don't check there products at all the controller doesn't work with the playstation trying to set it up for my son's birthday don't buy from these lot. Taking this further they lie

Working console, useless extras.
I bought a refurbished ps4 graded as "Good condition" by seller musicMagpie. Good bits: The order arrived quickly and was well packaged. The contents inside were clean and I used the provided power supply to turn on the console, which seems to be working so far. Bad bits: The controller i received is defective. The R2 button never worked and the controller itself turned off after less than 2 hours and did not turn back on. I pressed the reset button and it turned on for a few seconds before turning off again. I have tried multiple micro usb cables in different usb ports on the console and the controller still didn't work, so i don't think it is a charging issue. The parcel also included 2 random cables; a displayport cable (which is effectively useless as the ps4 only has an hdmi port) and a data link cable. An hdmi cable and micro usb cable were not included. I already own a controller and the cables i need so I'm not too dissatisfied with this purchase, but if i relied solely on the contents of this package i would have been very disappointed.

Really good quality and prompt delivery. Plays really well and my husband is very happy.
