We used it for our two year at monster jam to give him a little more independence. He loves it. I loved that he couldn't take it off without our help. Great product

I took my 18 months Grandchild to the fair and this leash was a piece of mind. I had so many compliments and questions about it, mostly because of the safety lock that has on it. this does come with a lock and a key any it works, this is not just an expensive piece of Velcro. This kid really tried to take this thing apart so we let him try to do it to and see how far he will go ;he couldn’t take it apart. I actually had a thumbs up from a police Officer, they were all over the place for the security at the fair, referring and pointing to the leash and the wrist band. that it was a great idea since it was tons of people , it’s is comfortable, fits on my husband wrist he has much bigger is the mine, I got the extra long one because my husband is 6’4”; it stretches long enough that it didn’t pulled the kid back whenever my husband moved his arms. Love it

I used this product with one of my students during a field trip. He has a developmental delay, is non-verbal and likes to wonder off. I push another student in a wheelchair at the same time so it really helped me. He had enough room to explore but I appreciated that I didn't need to hold his hand for him to be in constant view. He hated the wrist buckle of course but got used to it after a few hours. Best $20 I've ever spent.

So I got this to be able to have a six year old explore an outdoor event while still remaining close to me. For a little girl, she is a bit closer to looking eight. Even at it's loosest, the part for the child's hand was much too small. We were barely able to use it, and that involved a bit of discomfort on her end and mine, she still enjoyed the event, I just wish it was able to be made a little looser than it was.

I have a very fast one year old and he has perfected the art of running away from me. This gives me the sense of security needed to enjoy outings.

It works but the part where you have to put the key in to lock it (Atleast for me) i can open it by turning it wt my finger or nail, so if your child is smart enough to open things he might b able to open this…. The straps are strong and look durable! Overall its a good product, just need to look into the locking part with the key
