I bought this for my ten year old daughter to use when she joins me for a workout. It’s perfect size and weight for her and she can work with it easily. I have also used it when I had an elbow injury and wanted to work out but could not use higher weights. The quality is great and shipping was quick.

Love the kettle bell but isn’t purple, it’s dark blue, which is slightly disappointing as it is a permanent floor decor in my kitchen and purple is my favorite color ; )

I noticed on my fitness app that many fellow fitness buffs in my age group (60s and up) were doing kettlebell workouts. I wanted to try it but the usuall kettlebell weight recommendations for beginner women were 16 kg or 8 kg if recovering from an injury. These recommendations are obviously not meant for a small-boned women in her 60s! I wanted to be sure I could focus on good technique without risking injury. Plus I was a little afraid of straining tendons and ligament. in my arms or shoulders. Starting with a 3 lb kettlebell erased all worry and I'm able to practice proper form without fear. My only complaint is that even with my small hands, the handle window is barely large enough to clean with good form. A women (or man) with larger hands would have trouble getting the correct grip. Other than this issue, this 3 lb kettlebell has enabled me to begin working with kettlebells safely and confidently.

Very happy with this purchase. Well constructed and balanced. Easy to use and perfect weight.

It's real tiny

I bought a few of these 3 pound kettle bells, which were hard to find so I was very happy to order these for a few women in my class that are in their 80s but still want to use them. The price was really good and I will be ordering more.

So far the dumbell is exactly what i wanted but i will update if necessary. Awesome bright and vibrant colour. The weight is a bit heavier than i thought it'd be but thats prolly just my weak arms complaining. There was a small problem with tracking and the actual delivery was delayed twice. (likely due to weather and then being unable to find my house). None of this effects the product itself of course but I'll mention it for anyone wondering. Note: the logo is a sticker that was basically peeling on arrival and the plastic bag to wrap the dumbell came off inside the box so offered no protection. All these are minor and i dont care too much as the price of 30 dollars was excellent. Thanks to everyone involved. <3

A good kettlebell weight to start and build up. Especially with starting with weights in general. Kettlebell is much more fun than dumbbell weights.

I have been suffering some shoulder pain and discomfort. I looked up some excercise videos for the ishews and they all showed to use a 5Lb kettlebell weight, so I got this one.

I appreciate this weight being in between 10-15lbs. The only reason I took a star off was because I would have liked the handle to be thinner. I recommend this product.

Perfect size for my daughter
