DETAILED REVIEW. WORTH EVERY PENNY
I've had the bed for 2 months. It would be more helpful to wait and review after 6 months to a year, but I have a feeling I will forget. So here it is. SMELL: There was an odor. People describe as a "chemical smell". To me, it's not that bad and I considered myself highly sensitive to odors. I have bad allergies too. Think of it like a new car smell, or new memory foam mattress smell. In the owner's manual, they claim that "the odor is completely harmless and will dissipate in 72 hours." The smell went away in 48 hours without spraying Fabreeze or using fans. If you stick your nose in it now with OUT covers on there is a VERY faint smell...with covers on, no smell. FIRMNESS: During the first week, the mattress seemed more firm than what it is now. It will soften up and as your back adjusts to it, becomes comfortable and relaxing to sleep on. Generally speaking, it is "firm". My definition of firm is, supportive with just the right amount of comfort. You don't really sink into it, the foam takes shape to your body, but then it cradles you. It may take some getting used to, but worth it. TEMPERATURE: I have not noticed it being warmer than my spring mattress. I live in Orange County, CA and on warmer night, 85-90 degrees, the mattress temperature did no amplify or give off extra heat. People say memory foam mattresses are warmer, I haven't noticed this. I believe it depends on the type of sheets you use too. The mattress does firm up when it's colder, BUT, as soon as your body touches the foam it naturally softens...kind of a neat feeling. COMFORTABLENESS: In my opinion and experience with firm and soft mattresses, all mattresses should be on the "firm" to "very firm" side to avoid back and neck problems. Speaking from an evolutionary standpoint, humans slept on the ground way back in the day. Our neck and back are most likely meant for a firm surface. My point with all this is, maybe we're not supposed to feel complete comfort with what we sleep on if we want to avoid "sleep-related/mattress back problems." **My back used to feel tight in the morning, now I feel nothing (I sleep on my back and on my sides, different every night). SIZE: I've heard there are variations with the ending size the mattress takes. Currently, length (from head to foot) is 79". Height is 10" width) from left to right is 61". The half of the mattress is placed in a cavity with an opening of 58.5" so it's a tad squished in one spot but does not make a difference. INCLUDED PILLOWS: They have the same smell as the mattress, but will take 5-7 days to lose the "chemical smell". They are moderately comfortable. I wouldn't recommend using them for an every night pillow...there is not much support for the neck. Still cool to get free stuff. MOTION TRANSFER: Much improved over my bouncy spring mattress. I don't feel my girlfriend move and unless I plop onto the bed, she cannot feel me move either. I wouldn't recommend trying the wine glass thing like on that commercial, but it's a very sturdy mattress. RECOMMENDATIONS: I'd recommend not sleeping on it for 24 hours while it takes shape. The manual says it's totally safe (and even helpful) to do this, but for your body's sake, I would wait. It doesn't take its full shape for about 24 hours. I live in CA and it was about 75-85 degrees during the first 24 hours and I imagine temperature plays a role in how quickly the foam fills up with air. HOPE IT LASTS :) Any questions please feel free to ask

Knocks me dead asleep for just a little cash
Having owned this about a month, I'm very happy with it. I obviously can't speak to durability over time, but I'll hit on the rest. I'll try to address the concerns most people have buying something like this online, without trying it out first. Firmness: First, go to a chain mattress store (I went to Mattress Firm) and try out their TempurPedic brand models in the Medium-Firm range. I would compare the Sleep Innovations model to TempurPedic's firmer ones. It's not as firm as they come, but it's not mushy like the pillow-topped hybrid mattresses you'll find in the store, either. It takes some getting used to the feeling of just FLOPPING on this bed. It absorbs your weight more gradually and doesn't envelop your body like quicksand. I view this as a good thing. Once you're on the bed a few seconds, it doesn't feel "hard". You just feel supported. Comfort: I really like this bed. I'm not a picky sleeper, honestly, but I do see the difference between this and other mattresses. Changing positions take a bit of work because the mattress has to reform and adjust to your curves. This isn't a problem to me. I have been comfy sleeping on both my sides and my back - I tend to change positions quite a bit. My girlfriend and I watch tv shows/movies in bed a good bit, and I just throw a couple cylinder pillows under the head of the mattress to elevate it a little. This is epically comfortable, but I often fall asleep before the movie is over. Eh, screw it, I'm comfy. Lay down, get in position, close your eyes... DONE. Value: This is obvious. If you fall in love with this mattress, like many reviewers have, you'll be very pleased with the low price you've paid for it. The extra pillows that come with it are fine, if a little thick. I still use my old memory foam pillows, occasionally using the SI freebies as leg pillows or whatever. Overall, this mattress kills in the value area. Setup: Manufacture date, and I assume packaging date, was about 6 months prior to my unboxing. After cutting it out of its plastic wrapper, my mattress had visibly unfolded fully within just 3 or so hours, and I slept on it from day one. There's a review somewhere that makes it clear that you should give the mattress two days (person claims to be a chemical engineer with unique knowledge of the material), but the manufacturer's instructions that come with it state that it's fine to start using it as soon as it has visibly unfolded. Seriously consider this mattress. If it turns out to be a little too firm for you, you can just pick up a memory foam topper to soften things a bit. Happy sleeping.

Good mattress
For the price this is definitely a solid purchase. Bear in mind that this is a US made matress, which is why I purchased it, to me thats huge. Secondly the purchase price includes shipping, so this is a pretty spectacular deal for a US made mattress shipped to your door. I recently moved and didnt feel like lugging around a huge mattress and getting it bent up or dirty so I just purchased this for convenience. It came very quick with the free shipping, within the week. Its heavy but I was able to lift the package into my place and carry it to the bedroom. Im not huge but Im pretty strong, no female alive would be able to move the package but any guy whos ever lifted a weight will be fine. After that you just cut it out of the plastic and youre good to go. Since it was cold I couldnt open any windows to let the mattress smell dissapate and the smell definitely lingered for a few weeks. I can still smell it 2 weeks later but its not obvious, and it doesnt smell bad. Smells basically like fresh paint with maybe a little new car in there, and I weirdly kind of like the smell. I had the bed on the floor at first because my bedframe hadnt come in yet. Bad idea, my back, traps and shoulders were all sore and hurt. Once it warmed up it got worse because the foam loses some of its memory properties and just sorta becomes regular foam and I found myself waking up and changing positions constantly and I couldnt sleep more than 7 hrs or so before I got miserable. I was getting pretty pissed and regretting the purchase thinking all the good reviews on amazon are from people with mutant spines or morons. Then my bedframe came in and i put the mattress onto the bedframe, bentwood slats. Man oh man, what a difference. I guess my floor isnt level or something. Once on the bedframe with proper support the mattress is completely comfortable, I have no soreness and I get completely restful sleep and wake up feeling good. However like I said when its above like 70 degrees, combined with body heat the foam loses its memory properties. Not so bad when its just me because i can just roll over to a cool part of the mattress which is still memoryish. When there is a female in the bed, with their furnace like body temperatures it seems practically the whole bed loses its memory properties. Maybe if you have a spouse whos body isnt made of actual molten lava you'll be okay but in my experience their body temperatures are consistently unreasonably high but thats neither here nor there. I think it may also have been because the mattress was on the floor and couldnt ventillate properly. Now that theres airflow under the mattress it seems to dissapate better, I havent gotten hot on it even with a mattress protector on. When its cold outthis mattress firms up and feels like sheer heaven. So essentially if you have AC youll be fine and the mattress is super comfortable while the memory foam works. If you dont have AC and live in a warm climate, and/or have a gf just be aware that their oven-like body heat will mess up your mattresses memory properties and you'll be sleeping on basically just hot foam, especially if the mattress isnt properly ventillated. So for the love of god dont use it on the floor.

This. Bed. Is. Amazing.
I was afraid to buy this bed. I'd tried other foam mattresses and didn't care for how they "locked" you in to a position, got hot, and were pricey. But this bed had two-day Prime shipping, great reviews, came in a small box, and the price was right. I have to say it's the best purchase I've ever made. The mattess comes in a box the size of a dorm refrigerator. I was able to get it up the stairs to my apartment by myself by flipping it over again and again until I got up the stairs. Perk #1: It's a queen mattress that you can get upstairs into to your building without help or worrying about dimensions. After that, I opened the box and dumped out the mattress. It's vacuum packed into a pancake, folded in half, folded in fours, and then tightly bundled. A little guide slid out with instructions on how exactly to unwrap it. I followed them closely. I unbundled it and it started to unfold. I cut the vacuum pack and it started to expand quickly. Yes, it smells like a new car for a few hours, but that's it. Some reviewers talk about it like it smells like a rotting carcass. It's not bad and goes away quickly. Suddenly this thing in a box expanded to a dense 11" mattress! Perk #2: You'll feel like George Jetson when you unpack it. It's really magic. You'd think there would be a downside to a mattress that comes in a box, but there's not. Also, there was no mattress delivery guy in my house. I honestly can't think of one negative aspect of this bed. The first night I slept on the mattress it was a bit stiff, but I woke up feeling better than I did the time I slept on a Tempur-Pedic. By morning the smell was gone. Being a strict side sleeper, I appreciated how the mattress was firm, but at the same time, my hips and shoulders were very comfortable. It's the best of both worlds! Over the next few nights, the mattress loosened up a bit, and actually developed a little "bounce" to it--rolling over is EASY, unlike on other foam mattresses. Does it cradle your shoulders and hips? Yes. Do you sink into it so you can't easily switch positions in your sleep? Not at all! Perk #3: This is not your $1000 1990s foam mattress that's hot, doesn't let you move about at night, or is hard to get up out of in the morning. It's cool and got great bounce. Last but certainly not least is the two pillow it comes with. At first I thought I didn't need the pillows, so selected the no-pillow option. It was more expensive! So I just decided to go with the pillows. And damn are they nice! They're very firm, just like the bed, and they're the perfect height! Because your head doesn't sink into them, you don't wake up without wrinkles from having your face scrunched by a pillow all night. They're definitely the best pillows I've ever used. Perk #4: The world's best pillows are free! One thing I forgot to mention is that this mattress is great for two. I have a small place, so a guest room is not an option. I had an innerspring mattress, and when I had friends spend the night, we would both sink into the middle together, which sucks and is pretty awkward. I've shared this bed with a few visitors, and you can't even tell they're there. You can't feel them getting up or moving at night. Perk #5: It's two beds in one! To summarize, this is the best purchase I've ever made, if for no other reason than that it's a truly wonderful place to spend the 1/3 of your life you spend sleeping. It's comfortable, cool, great to share, comes with some impressive pillows, and I didn't have to have some creep deliver it to my apartment. Plus the documentation is clear and reassuring. I just love everything about it.

A year and a half later, I'm extremely dissatisfied!
BACKGROUND: I bought this mattress in September of 2014, having heard that this company offers some of the greatest memory foam products out there. They're made in the USA, their warranty is excellent and the reviews on Amazon and sleeplikethedead.com were pretty darn decent. Just so you know, I'm 28 (going on 29,) male, 5'9" and ~180lbs. I like to think that I have a build that fits within the range of most consumers for this mattress. I'm a bit on the younger side, so one would think that I would have a little hardiness when it comes to tolerating a mattress. CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE: Despite the 1-star rating, I'll at least give this mattress a little credit for what's due. Hopefully mine is just a lemon. The mattress came promptly and unpacked rather quickly. The typical odor for memory foam mattresses was rather mild and dissipated within an hour or so. The mattress had settled into its final shape within an hour or two, which seems a bit fast for these. I've heard of folks waiting upwards of 2 days, so that's definitely a plus. But, honestly, do these things even matter all that much? Are you really going to turn down a great mattress if there's a day or two of inconvenience when you first get it? Conversely, are these things important at all if you're going to have a mattress that causes you discomfort? I know it's important to some (hence why I'm mentioning it,) but in my opinion, shouldn't be considered when purchasing a mattress. To me, the only thing that matters is that it's comfortable. SO WHY THE 1-STAR RATING? For the first few months, the mattress was pretty good. As advertised, it had a medium feel to it and provided good support. But, like many memory foam mattresses, it can get hot, especially during those summer months. Speaking of summer months, that's about the time I noticed some minor back pain. It felt like the mattress was to blame, but given that I had only owned it for about 8 months at that point, I dismissed it and figured it could've been attributed to something else (like straining myself at the gym or something.) As time went on, my back pain increased. Sleeping on my belly would give me discomfort in my upper-mid back. I tried sleeping on my side, but that would only hurt my shoulder and the side of my belly. Sleeping on my back worked best, but the small of my back wouldn't be supported well enough and I'm not much of a back sleeper. By winter, I was convinced that it was the mattress. I would sleep much better whenever I would stay in a hotel or even if I were just napping on the couch. In the morning, I'd have severe back pain and felt like a zombie at work, which is a major deal-breaker for me. It's now early spring and I have constant back pain throughout the day. If I inhale too much, the muscles in my upper-mid back will start to hurt because they've been strained so much on this mattress. Can you imagine that? A mattress that makes it painful to breathe? You might ask, "So what's going on? Why are you so uncomfortable?" I've found that the mattress retains its shape just fine, but its support and the rate at which the foam rebounds have diminished significantly. Lying on the mattress, my body sinks in noticeably deeper and if I turn over, it takes more time for the mattress to contour to my new position. FINAL THOUGHTS: Needless to say, I'm extremely dissatisfied with this mattress. If I had known this would happen, I'd have opted for a different model. Honestly, I can't tolerate this thing anymore. What gets me is that despite having a 20 year warranty, my mattress doesn't qualify for a replacement; there has to be an inch and a half of sag or more in the mattress. Well, what about folks like me? The mattress retains shape, but foam behaves differently. It offers significantly less support and doesn't rebound the way it ought to. The crazy thing is, this is a typical warranty condition for other mattress manufacturers as well. I'm worried that even if I go with another memory foam brand, I can run into this same issue. As of this morning, my new, Simmons BeautyRest has arrived. I'd rather have an inner-coil mattress from a brand that I know and trust; a mattress that I've used at hotels routinely and haven't had issues with. I'm over the memory foam thing. This mattress ruined it for me.

its easy to purchase a mattress and feel great about it ...
We purchased this mattress in April of 2014 and purposely waited ONE AND ONE HALF YEARS to post a review of this product. As most know, its easy to purchase a mattress and feel great about it for a few months, so we waited 1.5 years. My wife and I average weight and height 6' 190 lbs and 5'3 120lbs. After decades of owning box spring mattresses of average quality in the so called sale price range of $1000. and me, after a year old my back starting to ache from those mattresses and the mattresses starting to sag, always rotating them etc, based on reviewed in here we took the plunge and bought this foam mattress. It has been heaven since day one. Positives, 1. Nice firm mattress, no more aches and pains in the morning. The mattress molds to your body, without sinking down too deep. Its nothing short of amazing. Adult playtime is also just as fun on this mattress. 2. 1.5 years later, still no sagging, no depressions. We spin it around (rotate it) every daylight savings time. 3. We have been in many stores, laid on many foam mattresses at prices of 8 times the price of this mattress and prefer the feel of it over all others. Completely amazing. For the first time in my life I NEVER ever wake up with a stiff back anymore. 4. Although at first, we thought the included pillows were just a gimmick, we find them outstanding and never would sleep without them. 5. I dont know what I can add to the above, been thinking about writing this review a LONG time and now find myself at a loss for words. (which is unusual) All I can say is I recommend this mattress to anyone I know when I hear a mattress conversation come up. Its an OUTSTANDING product that I CAN NOT for the life of me find any fault with and we both are quite particular about products we buy and many times more so when we have to sleep on a product every night of the year. A TRULY AMAZING product and to this day, even if I have an Amazon purchase of some other product that I am not as satisfied with. I think back to this mattress that we would never have, if it was not for Amazon. Negatives - I honestly can not in any way think of anything I would like different about this product. Other: Ill comment on one or two things I have read in other reviews when deciding on this product. 1. Odor - When you first open up the mattress you will be greeted by a mild sweet smell, to us, it was nothing more the same as a "new car type" smell, that completely disappeared within 3 weeks. In no way did we find it offensive. 2. Weight, it is heavy but heavy is relative, we both got home from work, took our existing mattress off the box spring foundation base and laid the new foam mattress on the box spring, if I remember correctly we do have a piece of plywood in the middle of the box spring foundation to help prevent sag on the old mattress (our old mattress was not that old), I think we left it there and most foundation support is lacking in this department. 3.Followed the directions, left it self unfold WITHOUT forcing it to open, instructions say this is important, then according to the instructions, gently helped unfold it further using no force. 4. Four maybe hours later we were sleeping on the mattress! If I remember correctly, sleeping on it sooner then later helps further to allow its natural shape to come back. 5. If you haven't figured it out yet, we highly recommend this mattress. We were sceptical at first, buying a mattress without seeing it or laying down on it but if you think about it, we had nothing to lose, every year millions of people will go to a store, lay on a mattress for 5 minutes (as we have done in the past) and decide its a good mattress, which we know is impossible. Only after many weeks or months can you figure out if a mattress works for you, not 5 minutes in a store, so for the price, we bought this mattress, way less then any gamble buying one in a store for up to 8 times the price. We love it, to this day, no stiff back in the morning, no sagging, highly recommend.

Excellent mattress
I have been sleeping on this mattress for about 3 weeks as of the date of this review, so this should be considered a short-term, initial impressions type of product review. I am 32 years old and of average height and small build (5' 11'' and 150 lbs). I have a lower back injury from playing high school football and my knees aren't in the best of shape (probably for the same reason). I am not the type of person to readily assign a top-notch review to anything; I am a professional engineer, and so it is in my nature to think of improvements to just about everything as a matter of everyday job performance. In the case of this mattress, however, it is hard to imagine anything that could be significantly improved upon. Succinct review: I am very happy with my experience in every way that really matters. Pros: innovative vacuum packaging (think industrial-sized Space Bag with a mattress inside instead of sweaters; a two-person job to lift or move the box around, but much easier to maneuver this box into a bedroom as compared to negotiating a narrow hallway with a big, floppy mattress); delivery was right on time; sheets fit fine (I use 12-inch 1500 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets; I know the description indicates 10 inches, but my 12 inch sheets fit wonderfully); very firm (this is a personal preference and varies from one individual to the next; if you like a softer bed, this is not the mattress for you); "new foam" smell was pretty strong when I first cut open the vacuum bag, but the odor dissipated substantially within about 2 or 3 days and completely went away within a week; sleeping temperature is quite comfortable (again, personal preference, but this mattress is just right for me; I like my thermostat to be set around 72, and I use a standard sheet set described above with a medium-fill down comforter and no mattress topper or cover of any sort); conforms to my body just right within seconds of first laying down or shifting position, but always returns to its original shape; very comfortable in any sleep position (I am a side and back sleeper); clear reduction in morning stiffness and lower back pain (night and day difference for me between my old mattress and this one); my Fit Bit indicates I am waking less frequently throughout the night since switching from my old mattress (reduced from about 5-6 times a night on average to 2-3); excellent price/value; the free Queen-sized memory foam pillows are a nice plus. Cons: you will sink into the bed quite a bit when you are sitting on the edge, making it a little more difficult (compared to a standard metal spring mattress) to get up in the morning or watch TV while sitting at the bottom of the bed; I can imagine the "new foam" odor to be an issue for people with very sensitive noses, and it is quite pungent (not a problem for me, and I would rate my sense of smell to be about average). The 5-star rating is well-deserved for the product. I have not had any issues, so I do not have any feedback in regards to customer service, returns handling, or anything along those lines. I think it is worth mentioning that this is my first memory foam mattress. I've always used the traditional inner spring style. This mattress definitely beats every mattress that I've ever slept on, but I do not have any experience with any other memory foam mattresses/brands other than lying on them for a few minutes in a showroom.

MUST READ - GOOD/BAD 1000 reviews really?
PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW, This bed is AWESOME, but you must read my full review. I was going to initially rate it a 2 star, then after what you will read this below i'd defiantly rate this bed a 5 star! I rated it a 3 because if your like me you'd like to hear from people who were middle of the road on it, not from the extremists. I just bought this bed 3 weeks ago, I am going to tell you the good and the bad. First about us, we are 31y/o, I am 200lb 5'11", my gf is 5'4" 120lbs. I recently had a spinal fusion. Our old mattress was an expensive innerspring pillow top seally mattress 12 - 14" queen. The bed was 7 years old, and in pretty good condition, on a box spring. I had to change because it was giving me terrible back aches when i woke up- My guess is because of the spine surgery, but also because my gf wakes up like 3 times a night for bathroom breaks or night snacks... i know weird right. Any how every time she would get up, i'd wake up because of the motion transfer in an inner coil mattress. Long story short, back aches and bad night sleeps. I did tons of research and went to the stores and tried all the mattresses (tempurapedic, iCloud, etc.) , but as i am not made of money I was looking for a cheaper option for a memory foam mattress. I came across this bed, saw all the great reviews and was sold. I did see the 12" but when i was reading the make-up of the bed it looked like the extra 2 inches were more dense support-foam and not more memory foam, so i decided to go with this one and get to the two free pillows. Good: this bed is exactly like the tempurapedic mattresses I tried in the store, exactly! It came in a box the size of a small dorm room fridge and expanded as indicated. Took like 24hrs, Yes there is off gassing, but that's not to bad, we let the bed open up and started sleeping on it a few days later. When you push your hand into the mattress you defiantly can feel the memory foam, just like the picture, but when laying on the bed it is firm... at first. Bad: What i mean is (Just like the tempurapedic) when you jump into bed it's solid, and then you sink in as indicated. This is good and bad. If you find a good spot to lay it's great, but if you want to role over, or change positions you kinda get stuck in your rut. Also because of the sink-in factor you become cocooned and you can get warm if your a hot sleeper like me.(also my gf weighed 80 lbs less than me and didn't sink in as much and as such had even worse night sleeps then the old mattress) At first i was nervous that I just dumped a lot of money into a mattress that i might not like and would cost a lot to return (read bottom). I slept on it for 2 nights and decided that i needed to make a change before just returning it. First, The box spring was older, and i was reading reviews, if you put some 3/4" plywood under your mattress it will be better for the longevity of the mattress, as well as support your body a bit better. I guess the memory foam mattresses were designed to go straight on a solid surface, like the floor, so if you are using a box spring, just toss a few sheets of plywood underneath. Next, Again like i said, i was very nervous i bought the wrong bed. But it was inexpensive to begin with, so i wasn't too upset with having to spend a little more money in my sleep investment- after all, your bed is one of the most important decisions in your life... it helps you be more productive during the day if you sleep well at night, so take my advice and make sure you buy the right mattress. READ THE FOLLOWING VERY CAREFULLY IT MADE THIS BED AWESOME!!! So here is where the bed went from ALRIGHT, to FREEKING AWESOME!!! Like i said, i was semi-dissapointed with the firmness on impact and then getting stuck in my rut, so i looked into a memory foam topper for it, yes i know what your thinking, "i just bought a bed and now i need to buy a topper, why not just buy the larger mattress then?" Seriously do what i say and you will have the most comfortable bed ever! So what i did is went out and bought a memory foam topper 3" that was less dense foam than the dense foam of the SI 10" mattress. It was an ISOTONIC ISOSOFT MATTRESS TOPPER. Roll that out on the bed, and let it open up just like the SI bed had to. The topper that i bought came with a little feather pillow top that helps make your initial impact EVEN SOFTER, and it also keep you a little cooler than being straight on the memory foam. Wa-LA! $400 (down from $1500) Sleep Innovations 10" sure ten memory foam mattress + $190 (down from $600) Isotonic Isosoft memory foam mattress topper + $40 in plywood... BEST BED EVER! Seriously you jump into this thing and immediately sleep like a dream. The key to the topper is: 1) the topper is made of less dense foam which allows you to shift or move if you want to change positions, because it expands faster being less dense 2) when you jump into bed you don't get the solid thump of the mattress alone, you get this soft pillow-top, soft memory foam feel... 3) because it is less dense foam, when you sink down a bit and settle in to the position you'd like to sleep, you then sink into the sleep innovations foam and you are set for dream land!!! 4) cuts down even further of the motion transfer of my gf so i don't even feel her when she gets up! I have slept through every night, and dreamt every night i've had this set up. Initially I was disappointed in all those people that rated this 5 stars, I don't think they were all truthful... I also don't think the people who gave it 1 or 2 stars really ever gave this thing a chance. Hope this helped. It has defiantly changed my days, i wake up refreshed, not sore, and ready to start my day! Lastly, If you for some reason don't do what i said, and want to return this, you MOST DEFIANTLY CAN, all you need to do is contact amazon, ask for their large box division and they will send a truck and return the item AT NO SHIPPING COST you don't need the box, just the receipt. Lastly lastly, if you want that in writing you can contact amazon customer service prior to purchasing this item and they can email you those two sheets to make sure that you don't get jammed with a products that you might not be too happy with... especially if you were expected to pay for return shipping it would probably cost you just as much as the bed. Hope this helps - CD
