Okra Seed, Red Burgandy, Heirloom, Non GMO, 25+ Seeds, Garden Okra Seed

I had good germination, close to 100%. I have 12 plants and am picking a nice hand full a day. Not too much pest pressure now, aphids here and there are easy to control, though slugs were tough when plants were young and small. They are about 4 ft now, planted in ground mid May 6 inch plants started in 6pack cells. Really tasty picked young 6 inches or smaller. Pickled some they turned out nice and kept a hint of their color. They do turn green when you cook them. But it's okra so green feels right on the fork.

Purchased for my neighbor who is disabled due to covid. Planting herbs and vegetables make him happy and give him something to do outdoors He planted and within 2 days the okra sprouted in Puerto Rico. He asked me to order him more seeds, so I am ordering today. He is looking forward to harvesting his red okra. and making his favorite okra dishes. The quality of your seeds are exceptual.

BUYER BEWARE! I can't vouch for the other sellers, but Free Breathing did not send red okra seeds. The germination rate was extremely poor (less than 10%) and we have just now started harvesting the okra but it's green. Buy from a reputable dealer and you may have a different result. The green okra tastes well and the ones that did make it were good, but like I said it is the red okra that is advertised,

My seeds grew but sadly my little garden was destroyed by an annoying pigeon. I ran out of seeds but i will not be ordering anymore from this company

Grew well hydroponically. The color is so pretty.

I received a few seeds that were burgundy okra but I also received some type of fat green okra seeds. The seeds all sprouted but not what I ordered completely.
