Finally!! I was diagnosed with pcos/estrogen dominance at an early age. I was never overweight, just acne and long menstrual periods. Off and on for 20 years (I am 36 now), I will have long periods. I have been to so many doctors! They want to put me on bc pills or an ablation surgery. Neither are an option for me! Bc pills make me mean and depressed and an ablation just sounds scary! Progesterone cream has helped off and on but it quit working! I changed creams and it helped a little. But I have been on my recent period for 2 months! So I researched some more and learned about doterras clary calm. I roll it on my ovaries, and the ankle and wrist pulse points twice a day (google it). It helped a smidge. Then I learned about vitex, so i ordered these vitamins and all of the sudden my period stopped! I take 2 a day. Also, I started adding frankensence oil on the same pulse points as the clary calm. It is supposed to help with fibroids and cysts. If you are having the same issues I urge you to look into all of these products and oils! The progesterone cream I use is from smoky mountain naturals. Im not sure what exactly made my period stop but i will continue this routine until I figure it out:)

Use: I've been looking for a supplement that increases dopamine sensitivity. Dr. John Gray (author of Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus) recommended Vitex as a useful (and effective way) to re-sensitize the brain to lower levels of dopamine. It arrived yesterday and I immediately took one capsule, of 225mg, then another an hour or so later. Within 20 minutes, the motivation was there. It's not a 'GO-GO' type of motivation, it's more of a, "this needs to be done, so I'll do it now and get it over with" type of motivation. Just what I was looking for. I'm interested to see how vitex improves my life in other areas. Likes: Pure Encapsulations has quality products. Sometimes I get detoured by the price (as compared to how much I get), as compared to the price (and how much I get) with other brands. But the quality is definitely there. I use this to control cyclical mood swings. Started working right away. I take every morning, same time, just as you would a birth control, but instead of keeping me from being preggers, it keeps the crazies away.
