I’m pretty thrilled with these. I wanted very small mother of pearl buttons and these are beautiful. Some are very very thin, like cardstock thin, but very few are like this. The color variation is beautiful, and I like that they are a little wavy. People have to keep in mind these are a natural product so variation is expected. Very happy and would purchase again, if I ever made it through all 1000 of them.

Some buttons had brand names, some were warped, some were different colors... not great quality but ordering so many at once made it easy to find one that worked for my purpose.

These arrived very quickly in 10 small bags with no packaging/padding. The first bag had 91 buttons not 100 and only FIVE were round and unbroken. 14 were mostly round but had chips/cracks, the rest all were broken, and some also had broken holes, some had no holes. Looking through the other bags it is all the same! I get it's a natural shell product but don't picture 100% round buttons if there are almost NONE that aren't broken. These are not usable!

The Shell buttons were exactly what I needed for my craft project. I was making invitations and it added a little extra elegance to them. It created more of an antique or vintage vibe. Since they are natural shells, the pack has many variations of colors... Very light to Dark in color.I did only rate them with 4 out of 5 stars because there are a select few that are very thin... I'd say maybe 1/8 of the pack was very thin. It was fine with me but if you are going to use for actual buttons, know that you will need to sort through a few here and there.Overall, I would buy again for my craft projects.

I assumed these buttons were seconds by the price. I figured that I would find what I needed within the 1,000 in the order and I did for my project. However, color of the buttons was all over the place from white to almost-black and many were broken and about 10% were unusable. Buy them but make sure you buy more than you need to match color and cull the useless ones.
