Honestly best purchase of year. I have a lot more freedom. No more finding a specific toilet to change during the day. Or dreading changes. I can actually go out on the first day without worrying about leaking through. If you can use a tampon you can 100% use this. Give it a couple trys beforehand you'll find what works best for you. I thought my flow was heavy as I use to go through 5 to 7 tampons day. The large cup last all day without the need to change. Also costumer service are really helpful!

Going back to using cups ahead of a holiday and wanted to try a different brand as had not had very comfortable experiences in the past. This kit is amazing and incredible value: in addition to a discreet and spacious bag to carry everything it comes with two sizes of cup, little bags for each one, a little pot for sterilising, as well as accessories like a wash, lube, wipes… The cups are really comfortable to wear once you get used to them - much softer than the brand I had previously used. I appreciated the ability to move to a larger size as needed. Most importantly: not a single leak!!

I AM IN LOVE WITH PIXIE CUPS! Since having my daughter using tampons are really uncomfortable and sometimes painful to take out. But pixie cup has change how I feel about my period! They are so comfortable and so easy to use! If you have any questions they are so helpful you can literally just message them on Instagram. I struggled with the classic and they sent me the luxe free of charge!! Which works like a dream! I think this is because I’m petite 🤷🏼‍♀️ However I absolutely love the products! The kit comes with everything you need to keep your cup clean and also a lubricant if needed! But I’ve found with the luxe I don’t need. Highly recommend to everyone I talk to about pixie cups! I brought this kit alongside the steriliser so that I could make the switch to sustainable menstrual products and it contains everything I needed to make the transition. I was really impressed that it came with a full sized lubricant and cup cleaner (I anticipated that they would be smaller travel sizes) and it also came with 25 wipes which is basically a full pack. Having the two cups was also very useful as they’re different sizes and then you can have two on the go at a time meaning that they can be properly cleaned and sterilised in between uses. I personally didn’t want to use the microwaveable steriliser, so as I mentioned I brought the pixie cup steamer/steriliser separately. The cups themselves are amazing quality, they’re very soft so they’re easy to insert and once in they can’t be felt. It took me a couple of tries to insert it properly but I quickly got the hang of it. The only advice I’d give to people looking to use menstrual cups is to buy some interdental brushes to clean the air holes. Would 100% recommend this product to anyone!

I absolutely love using the cup and could not fault this product at all. It honestly didn’t even feel like i was having a period, i used to use pads which could irritate the skin after a few days, feel like you have a nappy on or even smell sometimes but you have none of that with the cup! The Pixie Cup Stater kit has been a perfect product for transferring to the Cup, it has everything you need in there. I know £45-£50 may seem like a lot to fork out just for your periods but think long term, these last years, you wont have to buy pads/tampons and are soo much better for the environment! I don’t work for Pixie Cup’s company haha, may seem like it since i am pretty much trying to sell you the product, it’s just that i have loved it so much, i would recommend it to every woman.

Wasn’t sure how I would get on using these products, but actually, after a little practice it’s easier than I thought. You don’t feel them at all. Much better for the environment, and saves money in the long run. I love that you can leave them in longer than tampons. My periods are super heavy, and these work so much better than tampons.

**After contacting the company, they have been amazing, they have offered for me to try the disc for free. The customer service has been excellent, I cannot fault them. I love the kit, it’s perfect sized, the wash and lube is perfect for on the go, I however encountered issues with the two times I used this, the first using the smaller cup, the toggle on the end is NOT long enough to grab, not to get hold of any of the thing if you have any kind of wrist issues, I somehow managed to get the smaller size out the first time, but not after what felt like a battle with myself and my cervix. I read countless websites in breaking the seal, making sure I was in all the positions under the sun and I ended up looking like an extra from Kiss by the time I was done. Now I thought the sizing was wrong, so I tried the larger one in this kit this time round, OH BOY! This one landed me in urgent care seeing my gynae, who needed to deploy the forceps to remove the little sod. So, overall, the kit is excellent. I’m not sure if I’m not suited, but I’m definitely a little traumatised from the experience. With having carpal tunnel and various other chronic pain issues, I would say these can be a little tricky. I understand there is a way with them, I even got the Pixie tool, but somehow it was not budging. Maybe I’ll find use for the rest of the kit, but I’ll be unlikely to ever return to trying the cups out again, not after needing forceps to remove a stuck cup! .

This is my favorite cup/disc that I’ve tried! I’m 39, post 4 pregnancies, high cervix, extremely heavy periods. I tried a few different cups and discs when I was younger, but I loathe putting them in. I have been using a combination of tampax pearl ultra tampons, overnight pads and period underwear for awhile now. It’s getting expensive. I saw that this cup has an applicator, so I bought the entire kit. The large cup holds me over for 3-4 hours, about double the amount of time that an ultra tampon lasts, it would probably work all day for someone with a light or moderate flow. The applicator took a couple tries, but now it goes in pretty easily. Removal is also easier than previous cups that I’ve had. I have been using it for 3 days and so far I have tried the large cup, applicator and the insertion lube. All of which have been great. I plan to try the other products as well, but it was worth the price just for the cup and applicator alone. I am very pleased with this product.

This starter pack had everything I needed to make the switch from disposables to using a cup. The 2 different sizes were good to try, package came with good instructions.

Ondanks dat er in de productbeschrijving staat dat er een cup applicator in zit, is dat niet het geval. Als dat een must voor je is, wees dan gewaarschuwd! Ik had dit ook al gelezen in andere reviews en het er toch op gegokt, maar helaas.

Er zit geen applicator in de set, terwijl deze wel vertoond wordt op de foto. Ik had deze set juist besteld, omdat ik dacht dat er naast onder andere het wasbakje ook een applicator zat.
