This fiber drink is amazing! It’s very effective and it has no taste so it mixes well with anything, you can even drink it by itself. I highly recommend this. It’s been a life changer for me after trying so many other things for years.

This product works well so far. This is my 2nd purchase. I add it to bottled water. Its tasteless which I like. My only issue is that it clumps in the bottle and no matter how hard you shake it, it's slow to dissolve. Im in a GLP-1 medication so it's been hard for me to go to the bathroom. Sometimes it takes a week but this product worked in about 24 hours. Good stuff!

I purchased this product after I watched a Bobby Parish video where he endorsed it because it contained no added ingredients. I get the product from Amazon and the label reads, other ingredients: “silicon dioxide “. I’m very displeased with this!

This has helped my IBS/constipation symptoms a lot. I just add it to a glass of water in the morning - - it has no taste and it completely dissolves so it's not gritty. I think it has helped me shed a few pounds too since drinking coffee in the morning on an empty stomach had been spiking my cortisol. Best of all, I've noticed that emergency trips to the bathroom have decreased significantly. Only down side is the price. Pretty expensive for such a small container.
