All but one were sealed so could not be blown up.

Rename your listing!!! NOT A HELIUM BALLOON
In the heading of your listing it says that it is a helium balloon. Yet if you read all the way down you will see that you state it CANNOT be filled with helium and float. You are miss leading people and then being mad that they write negative reviews.
