Great Customer Service
I bought the SnuffStuff kit and it was really excited to get it but when it came it had some parts missing. I emailed SnuffStuff and they sent me an entire new order complete with extra accessories! I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Missing pieces
I ordered 2 snuff stuff charcoal kits and 1 kit was completely missing and a couple pieces from the one I received were also damaged. Hope to be contacted by the seller ASAP.
