Boot cushion pads
These boot pads are really helpful if you have narrow feet and buy D width off the shelf boots. I use two of them to pad the entire uppers of my boots. It really snugs up the fit. They stay stuck too with just the OEM stickum that comes on them - they have a peel-away paper skin over the glue finish. Buy extras. You can use them on sloppy sandles and even on a velcro closure watch band.
