Received the following day after ordering, used it straight away, sweat loads, looking forward to seeing some results as presently using it everyday when I'm training. Cleaning I have been wiping down with sterilizing wipes each time I use, will give a thorough wash at weekends. Very comfortable, bought others in the past that have not lasted so lets see if this one will, quality looks really good so no reason why it should not. Handy pouch for placing my phone, keys etc when at the gym.

I've been on a real fitness journey the last couple of years spending a lot of time in the gym and focusing on my diet. But the last place that will lose the fat is the belly and a little helloing hand is in order. This sauna belt, when worn casually or when working out should help to target a bit extra fat loss in the area. I have been wearing it around the house and when doing a light cardio workout and it certainly generates a fair bit of extra sweat in the waist area. Its important to remember this isn't a miracle cure for belly fat but in conjunction with other diet and fitness efforts will be a little helping hand. Its really comfortable to wear and actually figure flattering under a t-shirt.

Comfortable
This is a really good value for money, i dont usually write reviews but i ordered a waist trainer befor this and it was rubbish and uncomfortable for the same price as this! This waist trimmer is so comfortable and makes you sweat like crazy ! it also fits on all sizes as its stretchy. it comes with a phone holder as well!! would deffo recommend this to anyone

Very uncomfortable and unstable
This doesn't quite stay in place, moves about and when bending sort of folds over on its self, don't feel like it's made a real difference to my form other than making me sweat a lot and feel incredibly uncomfortable.

Lite svår att fästa
Det enda negativa med produkten är att den kan vara svår att fästa själv för att få den att sitta tight. Men när man fått till det så sitter den på plats utan att glida upp eller ner och jag känner definitivt att jag svettas mer på ryggen och magen när jag använder den!
