Chinese Laundry Women's Kido Wedge Sandal

Very cute and the heel is just the right height (heigh enough so I feel like I'm not in flats but not so high as I'm tottering about or worried about spraining an ankle). My real complaint would be in the tightness of the elastic. While I want it to be somewhat supportive, I live in Texas where even in March the temperatures can be stifling and my feet tend to swell. I wore these the other day and my skin was bulging out somewhat unattractively. Also, the zipper comes up rather high in the back and is stiff, so it was cutting into my leg (two strategically placed bandages took care of that). Overall cute and mostly comfortable.

The shoe looks (a shade darker!) as expected but! The soul of the sandal is really hard doesn’t bend when you step. Hard as rock and making lots of noise when walking. So disappointed since there is so much flexibility on the top part with the elastic. I did expect better! Will keep it b/c of the price. Just be aware!

Loved these shoes! Had to buy a 1/2 size bigger as I wanted them for a special occasion and couldn't find them in my size. Worked for the occasion, comfortable and will get some good wear out of them! Thanks!

The first strap around the toe area was a little tight but stretched a tiny bit after a few wears and shoe is fine. However I gave 3 stars because the sole is quite hard and the straps do stretch out quite a bit after continual wear.

I ordered these from England and had to judge the American size but it turned out perfectly apart from slight rubbing from the strap over the toe on the right foot - but I think after a few wearings this will stretch. Very pretty shoes!

I LOVE these sandals! I got the taupe at a terrific price. They are perfect for work because the heel height is not too high for all day wear, but I think I will also wear them outside of work as well. For me they fit perfectly and I find them to be flattering on. I'm looking forward to the summer when I can wear these with all of my skirts and ankle pants. I think these will go with everything!

Very cute and comfortable. I wear a size 6 1/2 and order my usually size, which fit perfect. Others reviewers commented on straps across toes being too tight which I can understand. I did not have any issues with the fit. Zipper on heel makes these shoes easy on, easy off. Great for the price.
