FC55 Electric Body Scrubber for Exfoliating and Massage, Waterproof for Showering, Cordless and Rechargeable, Spinning Skin Cleansing Brush with 2 Attachments

It’s made on Germany and the quality is excellent. Soft brushes and better scrubber than sugar exfoliation lotions. After every brushing , I use proceramides + vitamins body lotions (cerave). It’s like a spa at my home, cleaning, exfoliating and then hydrating. My skin looks younger. However, I don’t recommend any cheap body wash. Because of the mild exfoliating of this brush, is recommended to use a high quality shower gel with skin treatment properties. My favorite shower gel is Dove with Hyaluronic acid , ceramides, vitamins. Than ceramides (CeraVe) body lotion. This brush is very easy to desinfect, just wash it with antibacterial hand soap after using. I wash it with Dove- foam antibacterial hand soap which is gentle and contain benzanklorium chloride as desinfectant. Even though the brush is water resistant, it’s not good to soak it in hot tub. Soaking it and floating it for many minutes in a hut tub, can kill its battery. I use the brush only with the shower, not immersing in hot tub. By far, this is the best quality electric brush from the market in 2024.

The Beurer FC55 Electric Body Scrubber is a great product for daily use. I’ve been using it every day for over a month, and the battery life is impressive. After charging it on September 19, it’s now October 22, and it’s just now time to recharge. When the battery runs low, a flashing light lets you know, which is very convenient. Being cordless and rechargeable, the scrubber is easy to handle, especially since it’s waterproof and works well in the shower. The scrubber has two modes, gentle and stronger, so you can choose what works best for your skin. It comes with two scrub heads: one for shower use and another for dry brushing. I’ve only used the shower head, so I can’t comment on the dry brush attachment. Overall, it’s simple to use, holds a long charge, and makes showering more efficient. Time saving approved!

Good quality product overall. Decent battery life, comes with two scrubber heads that are detachable. One is softer than the other. The spinning speed is reasonable. It’s rechargeable, and the head pops off the stick if you want to just hold it as is in your palm to get into hard to reach areas. My only issue is the scrubber stops at a certain point when it gets to close to your skin, meaning you can’t get an EXTRA good scrub you have to use a light hand when running this over your body. But you can go over your body a few times to solve this I suppose. I am just personally someone who prefers a really ROUGH loofa type of scrubber to get all the dead skin off. But overall, this is a very good product and I cannot complain. I did a lot of research on other body scrubbers before purchasing this one. Several others didn’t seem to be this good quality and I’m glad I bought it. If they made a second version with an even more powerful head scrubber, or at least sell separate head attachments that are more rough I would purchase it. Additionally, if they had other scrubbers or products (let’s say a mini face scrubber similar to this one) I would also purchase it because of its quality overall.

I love this product so far. This is very easy to use and the handle is easy to put on and take off. I wanted something which will scrub me in shower because its quite hard scrubbing your self and requires quite a lot of energy. This is perfect and does just that. You just put some soap on your self or on the brush and then just let it rotate. It has 2 brush heads you can choose from, one is softer and the other is a bit harder. Battery life - I used it once so far and probably scrubbed like 10-15 min, lasted that time, i can update once i use it a few more times, to see how long exactly the battery will last. I love that the brush can be taken off the handle because sometimes you just need to hold it on like the stomach or hands which gets uncomfortable if its stuck to the handle. Improvements - I do wish they had one more brush ad on with more harder bristles. The exfoliating brush is good, but I have thicker skin and like the brush to be harder.. Also, if you press too hard on the skin, the brush will stop rotating.. which i guess is a safety feature as well. But it does stop if you hold too tight against your skin.

I’ve tried so many body brushes, and have been disappointed. And to be honest, a lot of times I’ve been sucked in by the hype on QVC, only to find the “amazing” body brush they carried really wasn’t. So after nearly going blind comparing models and reading reviews here on Amazon, I chose this Beurer C55 Rechargeable Cleansing Brush. Wow! It was so worth all of the research and every penny I spent. I didn’t want 5 or 6 different brushes, I wanted a great machine. And this German made scrubber is top of the line. It charges quickly and holds a charge for a long time. The detachable handle makes it lightweight and easy to use, and gives you much more versatility. It has 2 speeds, and is strong enough the motor doesn’t bog down. I find that the two brush heads are all I need for cleansing and exfoliating, and I get plenty of lather with my Philosophy shower gel. This is one of my favorite purchases from Amazon.

I have used facial and a body brush for years. The old body brush finally quit so I bought this one. I was looking forward to the optional handle which allows u to use it on your back. But there were other things to be happy about--it has more power than the one I had previously and 2 speeds. The soft brush has thick soft bristles and I often use it on my face instead of my facial brush because it feels SO good. The exfoliating brush is a serious brush, too. Not wimpy. So, they had to ask "easy to use" and "ergonomic". It's not as easy to use as my previous one, but that's OK, I'll get used to it, since it's 10 times better in every other way. My hands have arthritis, so that's mostly the reason why I have a little trouble getting brushes off and on. So--improvements over my old body brush: lots more power, much better brushes, attachable handle. I love it and just hope it doesn't fall apart in a week. If it does, I'll update my review. UPDATE: I still love this. It hasn't broken.

I bought this because I was tired of not getting the results I wanted from my usual sugar scrub exfoliants. They just weren't quite living up to my expectations, so I decided to purchase this, based on several varying factors. I liked that it could be (allegedly) used with or without the handle, and that I wouldn't have to be worried about it eating batteries like it was 1995 again (double D's for your boombox anyone? Lol!). It seems to hold a charge well, has a very good amount of power on even the lower speed setting, and it does an exceptional job of exfoliating at a level that meets my standards. My skin hasn't been this smooth since I was just a kid. So, I am impressed on that level. However, the extended handle is absolutely and utterly WORTHLESS. The actual brush unit DOES NOT stay in the handle when in use. It has a "pseudo-lock" stopping feature to keep the unit from just being in there loose, but it's not an actual lock. So the unit is not snug and secure. It falls out immediately. Not a good thing from shoulder height while in the shower. For someone who can easily reach the middle of my back with my arms, this isn't an issue, as I can just use it as the hand held unit alone. But if you lack that same range in mobility, this will be a problem. The other thing that I feel is worth mentioning is that this is NOT a suitable product for anyone with even remotely sensitive skin. The soft brush is more than rough enough to do a great job of scrubbing, and the "exfoliating" brush I would liken unto washing with an electric pad of steel wool. I was VERY red after using the latter, and I don't have sensitive skin in the least. Lastly, from what I have been able to gather, you can't purchase replacement heads for it; which is incredibly disappointing, if it is indeed true. If replacement heads have become available in the US, and I am just unaware of it, someone please point me to where they can be purchased, because I would love to be able to do that. Overall, it wasn't a horrible purchase, and for me, it will more than meet my needs until it becomes too unsanitary to use without replacing the brush heads. But it is EXTREMELY OVERPRICED as a result of the extended handle design flaw, and the inability to purchase replacements heads in the US. I probably wouldn't repurchase again, now that I know this.

The design is super practical and effective and is very easy to handle and use. It's a superb device. The mounting head is not too heavy and the two brush heads snap on magnetically. They stay on tightly and yet are very easy to remove. USB charging is straight forward. The one brush head is for soft and gentle brushing (for example the face) and the other is designed for exfoliation even though it is also gentle. The handle slips easily over the mounting head when used to reach one's back.

Received it with a US power adapter socket instead of australian. Great if you live in the US.
