I give it 4 starts because of the service not the watch. The watch itself is 5 stars, absolutely LOVE it; once I got the watch I actually ordered. A bit of a background, first time I ordered this watch they sent me the wrong color, I requested a replacement and AGAIN they sent me the wrong color. I tried to rate it and submit it, but they blocked me from doing so…. I really wanted this specific color and shape so I returned all the others and reordered in the hope I would get the right one, thankfully that’s the case this time, and now I’m a happy camper. Watch looks great, very stylish, and works great as it should, I have no complaints, and unlike most leather bands, this one actually looks great and is very comfortable.

Couldn’t believe it. Beautiful watch but when it arrived, the second hand was catching the minute hand and would not rotate further, preventing watch from keeping time. Most disappointing - only return with refund was allowed. No exchange offered, probably since price increased. Would have had to pay more and hope I received a functioning watch.
