I was looking for something to hold my long blind cords. This item works perfectly and blends in well with the blinds. Easy to use and was delivered on time.

This is so easy to use. Just attach the bottom of the cord, wind the winder up to the top of the cord with your two fingers, and hook the top of cord to it. It looks nice, and it works wonderfully. I didn't want to have to screw a bracket into the wall or use tape that would tear off paint or drywall. I like the round see-through design. It seems sturdy. I love it!

My cats chewed all the strings on the blinds of every window in my house. A drapery repair guy spent hours restringing all of them. He used little velcro pieces to attach the end of the cord to the window frame when window coverings were open. Worked great for about a week until the velcro would no longer stick. Then the strings fell down and the cats promptly chewed off two more. These winders solved the problem! I do suggest simply winding the cord around the device without hooking the cord on the little plastic loop. It stays up fine without that step and I found it was difficult to see the loop to unwind. The drapery guy is coming this week to repair the last damaged strings and I intend to show him this device as it works!

I got this because my cat is always attaching the blind cords if they hang down. It works super well in keeping her from reaching it when the blinds are up. I have a command hook on the wall, and I just leave the ring on the command hook to avoid winding it up and down.
