Does this contain any caffeine or is it completely caffeine free?

It has green tea complex so yes it has caffeine. I am very sensitive to caffeine like I cannot drink more than a small cup of coffee a day or I feel bad and I take this everyday and it doesn’t bother me. I’m not sure how it would effect others but I have no negative effects from this product

What time of day to take it

I took it at night around 8pm for the first week, just to in case it made me nauseated or run to the bathroom. It didn’t keep me on the bathroom but it did help regulated me. Now I take it at 8:30AM everyday. 😊
