This vitamin complex has been my go-to for the past couple of years. As an experienced consumer of this type of supplement, I didn’t expect anything special at this price, but I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve been consistently using it a few times a year and have always been pleasantly surprised by the results—there are several reasons for it. 1. The brand is well known, and the price is unbeatable. You get 50 tablets, which last about 25 days, enough time to start noticing an effect. 2. This complex contains a blend of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that support hair, skin, and nails from within, even without relying on high-dose biotin. 3. Results? They are always great. Around March this year, I was feeling low in energy, my nails were extremely brittle, and my hair looked dull. I started using this complex, and after a couple of weeks I noticed more volume at the hair roots. A few weeks later, my nails became strong again and started growing faster. This vitamin complex remains my favorite. When I want more targeted results, I simply add biotin, omega-3, zinc, and iron, without worrying about overloading on nutrients. I can definitely recommend it.

Been using it for about 5 years I’m 65 have full head of hair so I believe it does help.

I've tried it but not long enough to know if it did much. But I've seen nothing wrong with this product so give it a try!
