About the Author Luca Romano is an executive manager, author and professor with international consulting experience in Project, Program, Portfolio management, Organization and Training. In these fields he has more than 20 years of experience as Practice Manager and Project Director managing consulting projects for international consulting firms in several sectors. He is Professor and Lecturer in many EU Universities and Business Schools, teaching Project/Program/Portfolio Management, Operations Management and Strategic Planning. Since 2012 is a Project Management Institute (PMI) International Congress Speaker presenting numerous researches and case studies on Project Portfolio Management. He is also author of several articles on Strategic Management, Portfolio and Project Management. Since 2016 he is Director of Professional Development at PMI Central Italy Chapter.
