This tire can only be used for rear application.

Why does michelin give different specs, is this a new version, or a typo, or a import from an offshore factory? michelin anakee adventure dual-sport r

I am not sure about the detailed spec difference. This tire has been amazing in every situation and transformed my v-strom. I can corner almost as well as on my gsx-r, and can bomb up and down forest roads and trails with no worries.

It it tube or tubeless?

Tubeless but you could use tube depending on you rim. r1200gs tubeless
