Easy to make and a great value for the price
I love to make this. It has flavor and zing. It's the right amount of spiciness, without being too spicy. It's also pretty cheap considering the other options. We have a Chinese takeout, and sometime I will get their hot & sour soup. If it's too bland, I add some of this to it and it makes it taste better.

Hated it!
The “hot” tasted like pepper. The “sour” tasted like vinegar. There were no other flavors, no blending, no complexity. Yuck.
