Great product, improves sound
Great product, at a great price. It improved low frequency sound and reduced vibrations thru the floor.

Your neighbors living below will thank you.
My neighbors below me always complain about the noise my sound system makes even though I don’t turn it too loud. I would put my sub at 30% power and have my volume relatively low but they would come up and knock on my door claiming they “can’t even hear the TV.” As a result I would have my sub basically off and resorted to having headphones on if I wanted to listen to music. At some point I got sad that I couldn’t use my sound system to its potential and did some research on possible solutions and found out about insulation pads. I decided to buy one in hopes that it would solve my problem. I got the pad and put it under my sub. This is pretty mean in hindsight but I decided to conduct an “experiment.” I turned my sub to 50% power and put the volume pretty loud but not uncomfortably loud. I played some bass heavy low-fi trap music through the night until 2 AM. I put my hand on the floor and the wall behind the sub and felt no vibration! The next day I played music through the whole day while doing work still no complaints. I saw some reviews saying that the build quality is poor which is something to consider. For me personally it came in just fine with nothing falling apart. Also the bass sounds more sharp and I feel that the bass is more impactful perhaps because the bass isn’t just going into the ground. If you have issues with the neighbors below being annoyed I fully recommend this. It may also extract more performance from your sub.

Vibration absorbing. Bass improving.
Using this to decouple my klipsch R-120sw from the hardwood floor in my living room. I live on the second floor of a townhome and share a wall with the unit next door. This foam pad helps a very respectful deal by eliminating nuance vibrations and rattles which low frequencies rumble within old aging structures. Of course not a complete elimination, the neighbors are with less vibration on their end. Sound quality is also better in my opinion. More punchy and tighter sounding now that the clarity is more audible without the unnecessary rumbles of the building. 4 stars for it being a bit overpriced for what it is.

Dual Benefit Foam Speaker Riser
This foam speaker riser has been perfect for my apartment. I keep my 10" subwoofer on this and I am sure my downstairs neighbors thank me for it. By isolating the bass to just within the speaker, I get richer bass quality and prevent noise complaints. This product is a must have for audiophiles with downstair neighbors.

Works on reducing bass
Put this under my Klips sub. My neighbors were complaining about the sound although in a very small condo we never have the volume up very loud. This seems to be working great! Tested it out to TopGun and Ford vs Ferrari with zero texts coming from next door. Yay!

Not worth it
It does get the job done, however for the price we were expecting it to dampen the sound better. Its under a subwoofer and eventually even on the lowest setting, this thing barely helps. If anything, it's like a kickstand for the subwoofer lol. It subtly dampens but not what we wanted for the price. We had it at twenty percent and we could still feel the floor vibrating. It is not against a wall.So we're not sure why. It's still vibrates the floor beneath us. We basically have to put our sound system on night mode where there is zero base.

These Made a $1000 Difference
I own a pair of Wharfedale Diamond 220 speakers, which I have hooked up to a system in a room with wood floors and high ceilings. I've never been able to get the sound in the room right—the speakers are great, but the room has always wreaked a little bit of havoc with the sound. I have a similar noise isolation platform for my subwoofer (as well as for the studio monitors in my home studio), so I figured that I'd take a chance and buy these…and I'm thrilled I did. From the first notes, I noticed a significant difference in the sound…finally, things were sounding like they should. Yeah, these are basically thick foam pads, but for the price, they are an incredibly good value for money. I can recommend them for sure!

Worked like a charm!!
I received two consecutive complaints from my new downstairs neighbor previously. However, after adjusting the bass even to 100, I didn't get any more complaints! If you've had a similar experience, this solution is definitely worth trying. It significantly reduced floor vibrations and rattling, and worked flawlessly with my Bose 900 setup, which includes a 700 bass module. The only downside is that it seems overpriced, and you might be able to create a DIY version if you have the necessary materials.
