Very sturdy,safe, has hook to hold things to make job on hand much safer, it is light but still sturdy.

These steps are great to use, I feel safe, comfortable and secure. The wide treads are a big help and the whole thing feels nice and solid. Having said that it is light to move around. The little tray thingy at the top is a boon too for screws, drivers, etc. Top marks for a set of steps.

Replaced my old steps. Wish I had bought this set years ago. The steps are nice and wide, comfortable, sturdy and safe to walk on. The best feature is the utility holder at the top. Holds a bucket with the strap and tools in the handy slots. This was ideal when painting and cleaning the gutter.

Ordered these because of the deep tread (and Hailo have a fair reputation for quality). First thing I had to do was wash the steps! They were filthy from the manufacturing process and my hands were coated in black greasy grime. Good deep treads mean it's much more comfortable to stand on them for long periods of time. Main criticism? As another reviewer mentioned (and I didn't take heed) - they are NOISY! They squeak mercilessly and the irritation factor is high. I have never had steps this noisy and I'll need to be desperate before buying Hailo steps in the future.

fantastic ladders would recommend. I suffer vertigo but am very happy to go right to the top .the shelf on the top is great it means you can safely take everything up with you instead of going up and down .

The ladder is worth the money, is stable and safe. The company is great, quick respond and professional. The courier they used for delivery they are great too, 10 stars!

An already superb set of ladders enhanced by wide treads makes longer jobs much more comfortable - would highly recommend this ladder and the brand

Very stable, the wide steps make if feel like going up stairs rather than climbing a ladder. Light to carry around. The tool shelf is very handy.

meine Decken sind rund 3 Meter hoch mit dr normalen 3-Stufige leiter kam ich kaum an die Decke z.B. Beleuchtung auswechseln jetzt klappt.

Die Leiter ist eigentlich sehr schön und wirkt auch relativ hochwertig aber was mich nervt ist, dass diese roten Universalhaken eingespart wurden. Auf der Zubehörschachtel sind sie mit abgebildet und ich hab die erst ewig gesucht bis ich geschnallt hab dass bei mir die Variante ohne diese roten Haken geliefert wurde. Man kann die auch nicht einzeln nachbestellen. Das trübt die Freue an der neuen Leiter wirklich unnötig, wenn ich über 100 EUR für eine Leiter ausgebe sollte es von Herstellerseite nicht an den beiden Haken für 50 Cent Herstellungskosten scheitern :/

Nachdem zwei Haushaltsleitern beim Renovieren meines Hauses zusammen gebrochen sind, bin ich auf Heilo umgestiegen. Nach 5-jährigem „Härtetest“ habe ich dieses Produkt für die Wohnung gekauft. Aufgrund der breiten Stufen ist langes Stehen überhaupt kein Problem. Hilfreich ist die Ablage und die Halterung für Eimer. Meine Ehefrau ist auch begeistert.
